私たちは特にプールのために予約しました。しかし、プールは悪臭がしていて藻がいっぱいでした。メンテナンスゼロです。私たちは4泊しましたが、ハウスキーピングはなく、清潔なタオルを受け取るまでに何度もお願いしなければなりませんでした。部屋には前の宿泊客のゴミがマットレスの下にありました。そして、朝のフロントデスクのスタッフについては言うまでもなく、全く失礼で無視されました。二度と行きません。

Clean room and bathroom. Fine for overnight stay. Bathroom needed minor repairs: loose toilet, holes on the shower wall (item removed at one point). For the price, good accommodations.

The service was terrible. I check in at 4pm and the room was not yet cleaned and that is fine, we had other things to do. When we returned at 8pm I did as I was told and asked if the cleaning was complete. The young lady at the desk acted as if it was a burden to look up from her phone and answer, "all the rooms have been cleaned". I just went ahead to the room and noticed it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. When we opened the refrigerator there was a pizza still left in there. This should not have happened if the room was cleaned properly. When I complained, there was not an apology or any type of empathy. Once again, it was a burden to have to answer my call. We left and did not stay at this hotel.

👍clean, green toiletries, comfortable bed, close location to Kodak/Sevierville, soft-closing room doors, quick service at reception, breakfast eggs didnt need salt at all and were very tasty! Cons: 7th floor was very humid, our room was so hot that it took 5 hours, set at 65°, to cool down the room, corner rooms on top floor are King rooms only, but we still received a quiet room.😊

I enjoyed staying there. Breakfast every day, was very good. Employees were all very friendly. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Water was nice and hot in shower and room was kept very clean. Again employees very friendly. I would recommend this place to others.

Great service, very clean , friendly people, very tasty breakfast and nice amenities ( we love the hot tub and heated indoor swimming pool) Our older kids like to use a mini gym. This was our 4th stay in this particular hotel on our trip from/to Niagara Falls, ON and St . Petersburg, FL. It is a little out of the way Highway 75 but so well worth the 15 min extra drive. Very highly recommended!

My family and I were ordered to evacuate in anticipation of hurricane Irma from the base we were stationed at in South Carolina. Unfortunately the closest hotel we could find was the Best Western Plus Strawberry Inn & Suites in Knoxville Tennessee. The Office and Sales Manager is Laura Lackey. This hotel was 396 miles from our home. The hotel was typical, it was filled with evacuees and families in town for the football game. As a service member for over twenty years I have traveled all over the world, and with out a doubt the worst experience I have encountered. It wasn't the room or the support staff, it was the office and sales manager. We used the booking site "Agoda", to make the reservation. Due to the nature of the situation I was ordered to return to my base one day earlier then my reservations, this was not an option and I was under military orders to do so. This is were the trouble started. My family at I checked out a day early(ordered to return) we spoke with Laura Lackey

There is a lot good about this place, but only one bad, and that's the smoke. The non-smoking room we stayed in smelled "fresh" (layers and layers of febreeze haha), but everywhere else had a smokey-smell: entryway, hallways, elevators, even the workout room had the smell. Now, the good points - all of which are great: the pool is indoor, and large; the hot tub is actually hot and relaxing; the staff is very friendly and helpful; the workout room has many options. Breakfast is provided, with many tasty options; even the "bag of scrambled eggs" has a good flavor. The bear-shaped waffles are delicious. The price is affordable - we were able to stay 4 nights for around $300 (this is the main reason why we stay just outside of large cities, it's cheaper). Location is great and deserves its own paragraph. It's only a couple exits from the Knoxville Zoo (great day trip!), and a bit farther from the Mall. Going the other direction, it's roughly 20 miles from Sevierville, which is of course just a little bit away from Pigeon Forge. We were able to do Dollywood in a day-trip. There's not too many food options around, but it's only a couple exits away from better quality restaurants. There's a Food City (only grocery store nearby?) that's a short drive away, look it up on a map, it's really easy to get to.
