とても素敵なリゾートです。また帰ってきたい場所だと心から思った次第です。スタッフさんも優しく思う存分マウイlifeを味わえます。また次回の滞在もよろしくお願い致します。MAHALO！

“コストパフォーマンスが良いリゾート”

５日間滞在しました。キヘイエリアは長期滞在者のコンドミニアムが多いところなのでスーパーや手頃な価格で食べられる美味しいレストランが多いです。そしてこのリゾートはキヘイのほぼ真ん中にあるのでどこへ行くのも便利でした。スタンドッアップパドルボードを対面にあるレンタル屋で借りて遊んでいたら偶然にもウミガメに遭遇。この辺りにもいるようです。シュノーケリングも近くに岩場もあるので楽しむことができます。またマウイに来る機会があればここに泊まりたいです。

Brilliant place to stay. I searched a lot of reviews to find a great place to stay to celebrate my husbands birthday. This place was perfect. Our one bedroom condo had beautiful sea views and was steps from the beach. Pool and gardens well kept. Lots of beach chairs on the lawn to lounge around on. For $2 bus ride outside could travel north and south and even food shop at Safeways using #10 bus. Snorkelling was great at Ulua Beach a few beaches south. Some good snorkelling nearby too. Had a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. Staff lovely. Room service only Mondays Wednesdays Fridays.

The location was perfect because it is right on the beach and there are tons of great restaurants and stores in walking distance. The view from our unit was so beautiful and we loved to see the turtles swim by us while in the water!

The Hale Pau Hana has been around for quite a while but unless you're a snob about such things you wouldn't know it. The view is magnificent and you're right on one of the best beaches I've ever been on. Staff is low key but both friendly and helpful.

excellent property on best beach in Maui. Bedrooms are air conditioned, but a bit noisy so your quality of sleep is affected a bit, but the location more than makes up for it.

“Great location by the sea!”

It's one of the best location by the sea we have stayed in! The condo itself was great at a higher floor with picture perfect wide view of the sea. It's very close to thing you need. For that its a 9.5 out of 10! Our issue was for the money paid, we were expecting a bit more of the basic services like cleaning the garbage bins, changing wet and dirty towels, basic ammenities, etc. which was not there! Due to their scheduled room service plan, which was again limited to rubbish and towel, we had someone coming in to take tha trash out after 3 full days of stay and it stinked as we cooked and prepared some food inhouse obviously! When asked in between we were briefly told that there is a bin somewhere outside but we couldn't locate it! The did however promptly replace the towels when asked but I had to take them down to the reception. On top, in the current hot and humid weather, the bedroom AC was not enough at all during the day and also struggled at night. The ceiling fan in the living area was barely rotating adding to the pain. We only had a soap bar each in the toilets, nothing else! For all that we'll not rate more than 6 out of 10. Overall, 7.5 out of 10 for the 'total experience'. I belive we'll still go back and recommend this but the expectations need to be toned down a bit!

Why this Lovely Place so far from home? 16 hours fly, 12 sun hours away. Dont Think about money, it is worth it. But.....they do not like reservations done through a third party, SOOO if you do not want to be treated a second class guest you know what to do. Your money is good as well or what?

Very relaxing, spacious condo, dated but very well equipped and spotlessly clean, lovely balcony with great outlook. Roof was being replaced so a little noisy. Helpful friendly staff

“Beautiful!”

We had an exceptional stay here at the resort. The last time on Maui we stayed at Kanapali which though nice was extremely crowded and much pricier. This resort by comparison was brilliant, cheap, and oh man! the views. The views are brilliant and it is steps to the beach. Could not ask for more and btw it is cheap when compared to other ocean view rooms in Maui. The kitchen was well stocked, they could have provided shampoos and put the coffee out earlier, but hey we could overlook anything for the location.

“Bad unit in great complex”

Would not book without seeing which unit we had, #20 needed a lot of work. Heard and saw on website that we were in a crappy unit in dire need of upgrades. Live and learn.
