I understand the hotel is a budget hotel BUT they can still do better because people pay money for even a budget service. The hotel was like a deserted motel, staff check you in and from the you are all alone. If you choose them for their complementary breakfast, forget it you are better off buying breakfast.

There was bed bugs I was bitten 3 times left the hotel the same night provided the bed bug and pictures of the bites and have yet to receive my refund for the two nights I paid for

This hotel was probably moderately adequate about 10 years ago. I don’t think any maintenance has been done since. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, the bathroom light was full of rust. There were garbage bags outside the hotel entrance. The hotel advertises free breakfast, which was not a thing (the breakfast room was roped off). The walls are paper thin, and I could here everything that was happening in the room above me (everything!). There was a car burning through its tires at the bar next door at 1am. I will say that the staff deserve full accolades. They were lovely. I will not stay at this hotel ever again, and I will try to dissuade people from staying here.

Room was dirty, had to ask for cleaner sheets. Parking lot filled with shady people. You get what you pay for. Should have read previous reviews before booking.

I found the place to be really awesome, except they are not handicapped accessible! No elevator or help to carry bags up the stairs! Also they require a large deposit for the stay, maybe I haven't been in hotels recently but I found it outrageous to have to leave a bigger deposit than the room cost to stay in. Another thing if I didn't have the deposit they couldn't process my stay and their is no refund through your site for what I had already paid! WOW! Other than that I found the room to be really nice just the staff is not too accomodating as far as assistance to take my bags down the stairs since there are no elevators!

Definitely wish we didn’t stay here. The hotel was disgusting, beds were uncomfortable, didn’t even get breakfast because the food was picked over and the room was packed with people. Would never stay here again.
