I booked my room online, the motel had no knowledge of it. They were unable to check me in due to theft of their computer and card swiper. My PayPal account was already charged, but I had to pay in cash if I wanted to stay there. I need my PayPal account refunded, in full! No soap, shampoo, etc. No alarm clock. Old building.

I reserved a room online and agoda and another website booked rooms that were booked already, without notifying the property owner. They had no rooms available when I got there after driving 3.5 hours arriving at 8pm, and management basically said “not my problem, call the website.” Terrible customer service, and the property owners shrug off any responsibility for the service of their customers. Do not come here whatsoever. You’ll be stranded without a room while they tell you it isn’t their problem.

Booked on-line well in advance. Attempted to check in about 2:30pm. Manager told me he had no rooms, that corporate continuously over-books on line well beyond his capacity. He did say he would do his best to get me a room if I could wait a few hours. I came back around 6 and he did have a room. He was, however, working with another guy in the same boat. Rooms look nothing like on-line pictures. Looks like they rented furniture for the pictures and returned it. Shower was 2 feet square with shower head facing the opening. Had to reach in around curtain to turn it on, then get a frozen or burned arm adjusting the temperature. Centrally controlled heat. It got unseasonally cold while there and no way to turn up the heat. I stayed 2 days. When I came in the afternoon of the second day, the room looked just how I left that morning, no cleaning service. I appreciate the manager's (Clifford) hustle to get me a room or I would have been totally screwed. But the rest sucked.

“素晴らしいオーナーの”
アゴダアプリはこのホテルをダブルブッキングしてしまい、結局部屋が空いていなかったが、非常に親切で協力的で、何とか部屋を用意してくれた。アゴダアプリはあまり良くなかったが、ホテルとそのオーナーは素晴らしかった。
