Room has been completely remodeled and was very nice. Comfy bed. Staff were quite pleasant. ONE ISSUE: re PETS: there is no area on the hotel premises for dogs to do their business. They advertise they’re pet-friendly but there are no facilities for your pet to use! Office suggested we take our dog 3 blks to the beach to go to the bathroom. AND, they don’t note it on their website but once you show up with your pet, they charge $25 per day per pet.

Good bed, clean sheets. Newer furniture. No A/C, which was expected. Fan provided was really full of dust so I did not use it. The only curtain was a blackout curtain, no privacy curtain so I could open the window for the breeze without being entirely visible. No coffee in room; super tiny really hot office did not entice me to partake in free breakfast. Bathroom was unsatisfactory. Tiny window with torn screen, really bad floor with holes in linoleum, shower didn't seem very clean. Toilet and linens were clean. I didn't feel I could walk in the bathroom with bare feet because the holes in the floor made it feel unsanitary. Biggest disappointments were soda machine that did not work and no information in the room regarding free wi-fi. Because of the bathroom, I would not have stayed more than one night here even for the low price.

Pros, was that it was relatively close to beach and some local restaurants, it was actually pretty quiet for my stay. Flat screen visio TV. Cons? Where do I begin, this place needs a complete remodel, molding bathroom, shower, window, leak in the ceiling, stained mattresses, sheets weren't fitted, floors dusty,. This is really a no frills place to stay.

The other tenants at this more were loud, once (a screaming fight at 2AM) and no one from the motel management ever came out to see what was happening or answered the phone.

Overall the stay was great check out and check in times at 12. The facility was really clean pricing was at the least expensive for the day we stayed there(a holiday). The staff was friendly. Room was spacious and well kept. All appliances worked properly. The only thing was the a.c didn’t work. I’m not sure that was described on the website I used to book. I didn’t know it until it was check in time with the sign behind the counter. That is the only reason I gave it a 3 star under facility but over all everything else is a 5 star!

Quite good bed, however the bathroom wasn't clean. The staff isn't very friendly , however for in stop of one night in the way is far enough.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, bien placé et propre, ce motel sera une très bonne halte. Les seuls petits inconvénient mais qui sont négligeables sont le petit déjeuner, assez léger, et le manque de clim (mais il y a un ventilateur). On recommande !
