プールはおしっこの臭いがして、ホテルは大きなラグジュアリーな場所のように振る舞いたがるが、キーはランダムに機能しなくなり、エレベーターは壊れているか、間違った階に連れて行く。この場所の唯一の良い点は、バーの向かいにある立地だけだ。

歴史的な地区やレストランまで歩いて行ける場所が欲しかったです。女性一人旅の私にとって、ここは完璧な場所でした。また、とても安全だと感じました。エアコンが作動するときの音が非常に大きいです。ありがたいことに、扇風機と耳栓を持ってきたので、それを気にせず眠ることができました。

部屋は少し古びていて傷んでいました。壁には擦り傷があり、バスルームは少しカビが生えていました。私たちが到着したとき、ハウスキーピングが部屋の床に汚れたタオルを置き忘れていました。しかし、エレベーターから流れ落ちる滝のあるホテルのアトリウムは嬉しい驚きでした。大きな都市のコンベンションセンターホテルのような雰囲気を持っていました。スタッフは心地よく、気配りがあり、アトリウムのバーも素晴らしかったです。ホテル自体は街の縮図のようで、少し古びていて傷んでいましたが、温かく迎えてくれる雰囲気と素晴らしい驚きがありました。

Hotel was nice enough and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the pool water was super murky so my son didn’t want to swim in it and he loves to travel just to have a pool.

Nice play to stay but a few things stood out. Upon opening my room the smell of cigarettes was really noticeable. They could have put some air fresheners or something. The humidity was heavy (maybe could use and updated system) and chlorine smell is strong also. I do have to say that the staff was pleasant and attentive, excluding the bartender who seemed in a hurry. Also wish they had a microwave and fridge in the rooms. Overall it was worth the price.

Staff here at check in & check out was absolutely great. Recommend great places for us to eat & made us feel super welcome. Fort smith is always my home away from home & I’ll forever stay at this hotel when I’m here now because of this! ❤️

“素晴らしい部屋、まあまあのバー、特別な食事ではない。”
convention centerのホテルで、部屋は典型的なコンベンションセンターホテルですが、バーの品揃えは普通で、食べ物はあまりおいしくなく、しかも高価格です。部屋のために滞在する価値はありますが、飲み物や特に食事は他の場所で楽しんだ方が良いでしょう。
