This is not a hotel....it's a hell hole people get stuck at because they are going through a difficult time in their lives and the staff here will make it 100 times worse!

My recent, extended stay was horrible. There is nothing good to be said about the property or the people that work their. DON'T GO!!!!!

The staff is the absolute worse I have seen anywhere in my life. The general manager is a complete idiot. They have a total lack of empathy for people going through a hard time after losing their significant other. They actually broke the law during my stay. I hope they all meet people during the worst times of their lives that are as rude and inconsiderate as they are. YOU SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!

Just average at best. Staff can be rude and most have no empathy. When working in hospitality/customer service more people need to consider what someone is going through before being rude and unreasonable.

The pictures show that there is an indoor and outdoor pool, there is NOT one in the building and the outside pool has been unusable for several years!!! Two of the dryers did not work and there were no signs saying they didn’t work! The staff was aware of them not working but couldn’t put a sign up saying they were broken! No reimbursement was issued for no pool or the dryers that did not work! The staff was nice, just not able to do much for me. I will not stay at his hotel again. I was extremely disappointed about the hotel itself, not the staff.

Pros: Spacious room Kitchenette Great location Staff was very friendly Cons: -Non-carpeted hallways made all sounds echo loudly. -We saw a few creepy crawlers. Not any kind of infestation or anything, but still unsettling. -Our room didn’t seem too clean. There were stains on the bathroom counter and wall, and an empty bag of candy was left behind the nightstand. Overall, it worked out well for us. My BF had oral surgery in town, so the location and the kitchenette were lifesavers. But we were both ready to get out of there on our checkout day.

This was the nicest place I’ve stayed for the money. It was everything I needed and more. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My grandkids visited me at the hotel and loved it as well. I would definitely stay there again.. the kitchen was very convenient and there was everything I needed to cook a meal.

The room was clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The only complaint is that there was only one bedside night stand. For two people staying in the room, one had no place to plug in a phone or sit a drink.
