Staff is extremely friendly. Clean rooms. Breakfast included. Free shuttle to and from airport. Tiki Bar by the pool. On-site restaurant. Good bang for the reasonably buck.

Very basic motel style hotel very outdated not what I expected for the money wouldn’t recommend best part of stay was free shuttle to cruise port !!!

Clean room. Tiki bar closed outside. Store inside closed until 5 p.m. Restaurant inside with bar opened at 5 p.m. Good service. Quiet not crowded. Nice pool. 10 minutes to Airport.

There is not a shuttle to or from airport as advertised. The elevator was not working. The shower head is 5” tall but yet the hairdryer was installed 6” tall. But yet there was a additional “resort” fee. The things that make you go hmmmm. We will not be back. Disappointed in Ramada by Wyndham. To say the least.

Excellent for overnight stay. Airport and cruise port transport was timely. Driver's wit made the trip quite enjoyable. Refreshing landscape.

The staff were afraid to tell the people staying that they were too loud after midnight. My stay was truly disappointing.

Though we arrived late due to airline delays, I kept in contact with the hotel. We did not get the shuttle. The staff stated the shuttle stopped at 12:30. We came in on the audit shift and had to be reregistered, thus delaying the checking. When the rooms were issued, my room had to be changed because the sheets were dirty.

Hotel has a bar and also a restaurant as well as a little shop. Hotel has free airport transfer. Hotel also has 2 computers that you can use to print stuff (free of charge) Hotel room has AC, mini fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board, coffee machine. Hotel breakfast was nice, choice of cold cereals {‘frootloops, raisin brand, Frosted Flakes ect...} scrambled eggs, sausage, oats, toast (wheat and white) apples, donuts, apple juice, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, make your own waffles & few more options. Hotel room was really clean & spacious, bathroom was extremely clean (hot & cold water). Hotel is no more than 10 to 15 minutes drive to airport. Hotel is close too Walmart , Ross, Kmart, Old-navy, Dave & Busters, Party City, TGIF, Burlington, Walgreens (Western Union inside) and many more shops. I didn’t interact much with the staff but they answered my questions & was helpful when needed , my check in / check out was smooth. Overall I would recommend. 9 out of 10

The Ramada is a great location if you are flying in and taking a cruise. They have very good transportation from and to the airport and the cruise terminals. Their process is proficient and provided free. The restaurant menu and meals are very good and reasonably priced. Many of the rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. This is not a new hotel but staff are very good and the facilities are clean but somewhat dated.

Bed sheet look like no changed I can’t sleep although shower already until open see inside blanket. Oh. Trouble it’s not changed bed sheet ! Other things are very well. Shuttle airport free but should tip driver.
