The facility is clean, a little tight and lacked a microwave for food heating. Aside for the inconvenience, it's is a good place at a good price. We will use them again

The central location and reasonable price made this place great. The only downside was the OVERLY firm mattresses. Not great for the underweight population!

We checked in late but that was ok. The front desk is staffed 24/7. The desk person was very friendly and the room was clean, neat and tidy. It’s not far from Huntington and Oyster Bay so we stopped in Huntington Village for a bite to eat.

First off, the hotel is quite dated. Given that, it was clean and comfortable. Dad and I were visiting family in Plainview. The location was convenient and there's a great bagel shop across the street. Would stay again...

The hotel is old and not update it. Old furniture!! Low income people saying there. No breakfast!! 40 cameras around the hotel. The staff was very rude!!!

I always stay here when visiting my college child at LIU Post. It is a perfect budget accomodation. It is an older facility,but it is clean and the staff is accomadating.

Similar experience like previous reviewers. Nice, large, clean room, large windows that you can open, comfortable beds. BUT no breakfast and poor internet connection. I think when one is in the hospitality business, having a free breakfast is a key seller, especially when the hotel is in a suburban location. I had to go every morning to drive around to get coffee and bagels from local stores. Quite inconvenient.

The front desk guy was terrible, he is the one staying there in the mornings. He was extremely rude and shouted at me continuously. I have never had such an experience in any other hotel like this. Unbelievable. There is no luggage storage in the hotel. There is an unpleasant smell in the hotel. The room toilet was clogged. I had to change the room. I donot recommend.

I did not have high hopes since this hotel was very inexpensive and not well rated, but it was worse than expected. The walls had splatter marks near the bed, we woke to ants on and in my daughter's stainless steel water bottle. The bottom of the entertainment stand holding the television was rotted or chewed up by a rodent or other animal, the entire hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the other patrons was loud with yelling late into the night.

Dirty hotel, rooms run down, lady banging on the door for an hour at midnight cops had to be called. Not quiet. Just spend the money and get a nice place.
