Love the remodel! Funky modern floors and furniture make it feel better than a Best Western :)

- 1st room tv did not work - 1st room hot & cold water were installed backwards. - they moved us to the 2nd - 2nd room tv worked, however, air conditioning did not - 2nd room had a view overlooking the pool. It had no water in. Just sludge that looked a lot like a septic tank. - We requested express checkout, which never came. - Went to front desk for bill, but computers were down. - we were assured they would email bill within an hour. - that was yesterday & still no sign of bill.

“Best western might not be the best!”
We have stayed for several days now. We had trouble when checking in getting a key for my wife and it was lte I was at work children sleeping and the rude lady at the front desk didn’t care at all and made them wait almost an hour and a half to finally give key . And to boot 2 days later they tried to steel her suburban midday between 12& 2pm.. cut ignition switch off . Other than 2 cockroaches and a few lady’s at the front who don’t care breakfast is amazing and the hotel is nicer . Just watch your stuff ..
