まず、地域は本当に怪しいです。ホームレスのキャンプがすぐ隣にあります。駐車するたびにコーンで遮られ、フロントに尋ねたところ、私の車がキアで、地域内でキアの盗難が多発しているため、追加のセキュリティとして私の車にマークを付けていると言われました。さらに、触媒コンバーターを盗む人がいるとも言われました。また、駐車料金の追加が1泊15ドルかかるという明確な説明はありませんでした。私は改装された部屋に滞在していましたが、バスタブの蛇口が漏れて、初日にバスルームが浸水しましたが、他に提供できるものはありませんでした。ソファベッド用の寝具もなく、提供するために見つけることができませんでした。また、シャワーの上の天井には本物の黒カビが生えていました。この場所は誰にも絶対にお勧めできません。他の場所に行くために、1泊20ドル余分に払うべきです。

浴室のシンクは汚れており、シミがありました。トイレも不潔でした。カーペットにはいたるところに焦げ跡やシミがありました。私の兄はその日の早い段階で同じ部屋を拒否し、異なる部屋を用意してもらえないと言われました。

Hotel was an older facility. Pool was excellent. Room services was on the last day we were there, it should be daily. We had to ask for everything we needed for the room. I would assume the service was based on not having enough staff to do daily work on everything? Staff members were very nice and helpful. Thank you

I have stayed at a number of Doubletree hotels around the world and the staffs attitude and lack of customer service skills left me speechless. Breakfast was a joke, their attitude was disgraceful. No help, no assistance, no advice...just a 'attitude'.

The soccer tournament in town had more priority than we travelers. A little noisy at night and a "private event" in the morning cancelled breakfast dining.

This place was very well kept and the rooms are nice and clean. It’s what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. Price is good for value. Two things we noticed: first, not a negative, but there’s another Doubletree about 5 minutes down the road. Can cause confusion so make sure you GPS to the right one! Second, a small negative was that it is in close proximity to two railroad crossings. Light rail runs about every 15 minutes each direction so you can imagine train horns every approx. 7.5 minutes. If the crossings are broke, like they were for one day on our trip, the train operators continually blow the horn for several minutes each time as it crosses (as they should, nothing against them!). I think they shut down light rail for about 2 hours early morning so it doesn’t really let up. Plus freight trains. We happen to actually live by a railroad crossing so it didn’t bother us much, but it’s certainly something to think about if you are used to quiet while sleeping.

We booked 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds in each room. Hotel gave us 2 rooms with 1 Queen bed in each then tried to tell us that is what we booked. Later they admitted that they did get our booking for 2 beds in each room but had over booked the hotel. Manage to get 1 room with 2 beds but not 2. Very poor. Really bad location as trains run all night with horns sounding when approaching the train crossing. Would never stay there again.

They charge breakfast $18 and parking$15. I feel uncomfortable with this. I hope they can be more honest to customer

They charge extra for breakfast, but the quality is motel breakfast. Extra charge for parking for $15 tonight.

Great hotel, typical Hilton standard quality. Our room was large, very clean and comfy beds. When we booked it, especially not knowing Denver at all, we didn’t realise how far away from the city it is. However, the positive is it’s on the train line to the city (15 mins) and airport (about 25) but the negative is, the area is a little dodgy in an almost derelict area so the 15 min walk to the actual train stop doesn’t feel safe on your own (as a woman) early in the morning or later in the evening. To solve that, just get a cab and you’ll be on your way conveniently and realise the location isn’t too bad after all.

I am overall pleased with my room. The only concern I have is the one microwave for the entire hotel. I asked for towels for my room and was given damp towels that still needed to be dried. None of the cleaning personnel speak English. The carpet in the hallways and rooms definitely need to be changed. They actually have a smell of mustiness and odor from years of being worn down in it. The hot water in the shower works very very well. My heater didn't work the first night and my safe in the room was never repaired.Overall I would say for the money the stay is okay. Not the best surroundings near the hotel.I'm certain the hotel has no control of what goes on near the property. I personally will not book here again just because of the price being high for the lack in the service and accommodations department.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、マネージャーが私の部屋の感想や他に必要なものがないか確認するためにテキストを送ってくれました。部屋はとても清潔で快適で、楽しい滞在ができました。立地はダウンタウンデンバーからそれほど遠くはありませんが、車を運転せず公共交通機関やライドシェアサービスに頼る場合、最寄りの電車が徒歩17分の距離にあり、デンバー自体でのライドシェアサービスは高額で頻繁ではないため、やや困難です。都市は成長しているため、このレビューから1年ほどで状況が変わる可能性があります。他の施設はほとんど見ませんでした。主に山をハイキングするために滞在しており、プールに入るには寒すぎました。
