Door did not lock ,sink drained very very slow and toilet did not flush.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Dirty and run down. Pool was green. A/C did not work! Turned a/c down at check in, and returned later that evening and room was still hot… did not ever feel cool, not overnight nor the next morning. Reserved for 2 adults and 2 children & 1 infant… only had 1 washcloth and 1 towel in our room. Was not happy at all with this stay.

We didn’t even stay a waste of $140. Very dirty and not updated. Saw a tiny roach near the bed where my daughter was playing and immediately left!!!

We stayed during spring break for a local sports tournament. Most hotels were booked so we stayed here. The pictures looked completely different. The entire place is still carpeted. We noticed mold in the bathroom. Furniture was in rough condition. The television remote had special instructions in sharpie taped to the desk. The elevator was out. The carpet in the room was stained and torn in a few places. The desk chair was peeling. Our ac unit didn’t work very well and we were hot all night. But the staff were very friendly and attentive. They did serve continental breakfast and a nice lady at breakfast handed out hot wheels cars to the kids, very very sweet. The employees made the hotel tolerable.

When I made my reservation it was very late at night. I was so exhausted from 16 hours of travel. That being said I did not realize that by making my reservation after midnight, Wouldn’t not allow me to check in until the following day. I ended up going to another hotel and lost all my money on this one.

They didn’t have any hand soap for you to use in the bathroom nor any shampoo either. When you would ask for extra towels they said sure we will bring you some but never did.

Take out the carpet it has a odor. The rooms are decent just the filthy carpet

There was a huge cockroach in the hallway, it was still there in the morning! Our bathroom had a small roach in it and my kid saw a bug crawling across our bags. Pool was shut down. Carpet in our room was filthy, old gum stains on it. I was expecting a cleaner facility.

Didn’t get what we paid for! During check in we learned the pool was unavailable and was told we were able to use the pools in the near by hotels (sister hotels). The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and the cabinet door hiding the fridge fell on my foot when I opened it. The ice machine was out of order. The desk in the room was not very stable and we were afraid to apply any type of pressure on it. The breakfast was terrible despite the pandemic we stayed at hotels where they supplied hot meals but the faculty served the meals for the guest not some microwaveable frozen sandwich. All in all very disappointed.

“カビ臭くて汚い。”
部屋に入った瞬間、非常にカビ臭く、カーペットは汚れゴミがありました。私のアレルギーがすぐに出始めました。フロントデスクの女の子に空気清浄剤を頼みましたが、全く効果がありませんでした。彼女はその後、部屋をスプレーするためのライソールのボトルを私に渡しました。別の部屋が空いているか尋ねましたが、ないと言われました。そこに滞在することはできず、結局チェックアウトして別のホテルに行きました。前回ここを予約したときは、部屋に大きなゴキブリがいました。言うまでもなく、私は二度とここを予約することはないでしょう！
