Price, Location, Free Breakfast & Parking were good. We were expecting more room space. For 4 adults, it was too small. Most Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in were more like suites. Otherwise, friendly staff and clean.

Hello... We are currently staying at this hotel. We are traveling to Arizona in the morning and booked our stay online thinking we would have a shuttle (since it says on your site that shuttles start at 5am) and would leave our car onsite (since it states on your site that parking is free). When we checked in that front desk informed us that we could not leave our cars and the shuttle did not run until 8am. We chose to stay at this hotel for those two reasons so it was a disappointment the moment we walked in. We were very understanding and continued our stay after we were told it was nonrefundable. My family came later to the pool that was locked. The staff had to let us in, repeatedly because our keys did not work. We put a towel in between the doors so we could enter and exit without bothering the staff. They immediately tore the towel out and acted as though they were annoyed every time they had to let one of us in. The last straw was when we walked around the corner and we heard the front desk talking about my families parenting, mentioning "that those parents are just letting their kids run around the pool and getting water everywhere...." Our kids are on vacation and they were playing and swimming, jumping off the edge, and having lots of fun while four parents were sitting in chairs supervising. I am very competent and able to monitor my children. We were not breaking any of the listed rules and certainly did not deserve to be visibly judge by the staff of this hotel. What a disappointing stay and experience.

Heater squealed every time it shut off throughout night, shower squealed when used, and hallway smelled. Enjoyed breakfast.

“便利で素晴らしい”
スタッフはとても親切で、対応も良かったです。街から少し離れていますが、私と娘が大きなエクリプスイベントを見るには遠すぎませんでした。フロントデスクのヘザーさんに感謝します。彼女は私たちにとても親切にしてくれました!!
