Booked 4 nights. Stayed 1 night. Didn't like conditions/location. Decided to check out. Got billed for 2 nights. Front desk staff had very negative attitude and totally rude with assisting me to check out. Told me Agoda will be refunded my bslance and to contact Agoda. Been trying different means of contacting Agoda. No way of reaching Agoda for assistance. Agoda phone line completely computerized with very limited options. Emails from Agoda come from "no-reply" accounts. So it appears they are set up to wall off customers from reaching them directly. Tried calling hotel back for assistance after about a week of futile attempt to reach Agoda. Same front desk staff confirmed Agoda was impossible to reach. Asked her how can I get my refund then? Staff got irritated & hung up on me. Called hotel office line in attempt to reach management. Staff took messages 4 times telling me a manager will get back with me. 2 weeks now. No refuns. No contact for Agoda. No call from management. Scam???

There were bugs in our room when we got up Saturday morning and a hole in the bathroom wall behind the door. The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. The only positive is that it was convenient to what we were there for!

“Not recommended ”
Pros: Super close to shopping, places to eat, & even a park about 3 miles away. Cons: Wall was broken, sink was broken and very badly glued back together. The tub was dirty. We asked for a NON-Smoking room and our smelled really strongly of weed & cigarettes. The tv was very fuzzy and not good picture at all. The people that live there are very inconsiderate of guests. They were drinking in the parking lot and making so much noise we could not sleep at all! We actually ended up leaving at midnight and going to stay elsewhere! Also, they advertise a pool but ITS CLOSED! Outcome: I will NEVER stay there again. The Hampton Inn next door is AMAZING though! And did not charge us when we told them of our horrible experience here which was so sweet of them!!
