Room had strong odor of old smoke and cleaner. Sink was clogged, slow drain. Bath towels were dingy grey, paper thin, and left lint all over body and hair. Shower was great with above average pressure.

The first non smoking room I was given smelled horribly of smoke, so my room was changed. I had my disabled adult child staying with me for one night, so I was given an accessible room ( the only plus). The day after check in my room was not cleaned- they said a misunderstanding, I say a cost-cutting measure. After my first shower there was water on the floor so I used the bath mat to wipe it up. The mat was black from the filth on the floor ( I stayed at the RRI because they advertised as an "Enhanced Cleaniness" hotel but no one told the management). I took the towel to the manager and was assured my room would be cleaned properly. It wasn't. I asked for extra towels and spread them on the bathroom floor to walk on. There is more but I will only say that if there is no other room available within a 2 hour drive, sleep in your car.

The room was so small, 2 people could not fit between the bed and the desk at the same time. You couldn't hang any clothes, as the refrig and microwave were in the cubby for hanging clothes The bathroom was very small as well. When we walked in the room, it appeared pretty clean, until we took a little closer look. The walls, doors, floor, and light switches were filthy. There was no coffee maker in the room, however, they did have coffee in the lobby, which was a bit of a walk. Their breakfast was watered down juice and mini muffins with no table and chairs to sit at. The only good thing about the room was the bed was pretty comfortable. It was cheep, so I guess you get what you pay for. Howevet, we have stayed in other Red Roof Inns, that were far above this Inn for the same price. So, I think they could do a better job of cleaning and/or throw some paint on the walls and doors, to make the room a bit better, add a coffee maker and throw in some fruit for breakfast.

Bathroom needed some work. Peeling paint on ceiling and wall. Rest of room was good. Beds comfortable. Small pillows but did the job. Easy location off interstate and stayed on backside, so no traffic noise. Only thing was in morning went for coffee twice, office locked and no one around. Then when went to check out, still no one around and a kindly gentleman also waiting to check out took my key card to give to whover showed up and opened office. By then there was 4 people waiting at office door.

I was traveling across 7 states with my two dogs and a uhaul. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful in getting me a ground floor room with easy access to my truck as it was unusually cold. Ample room to park my truck and trailer without having to back up. I always appreciate hotels that accept my dogs with me. Room was a bit tight but we were fine.

Shower and sink clogged. Previous visitors' hair came up from drain in bath tub. House keeping came around at 8:15 AM and we had just woken up. Housekeeping never came back. $100 per night is FAR too much to pay for this place. Friends also stayed there and their A/C-Heater combo blew out air that smelled like urine, I would suppose it was from mice in the unit. Rooms had musty smell (see other reviews). The ONLY way I would stay here again is if there were NO rooms and ANY other hotel left in town. You can remodel rooms but the plumbing situation is a disaster and I am not too particular but it was truly disgusting.

The bath provides only a pedestal sink with nowhere to lay out toiletries etc. Every time I flushed the toilet it almost jumped off the wall. Didn't dare use tank to store toiletries as they'd have fallen into the bowl. The room did not stay cool enough and there was no inroom coffee. Would not stay again.

The night desk clerk was amazingly nice & accomadating. The next morning desk clerk was very friendly. Both of our beds we found numerous stray hairs (I check for bed bugs before I get in any bed at any hotel regardless) & the sheets had scattered small stains. One top blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. And the room had at stale smell of cigarette smoke (all rooms were noted to be non-smoking but when we pulled up the hotel we noted few guests outside their doors smoking). On a plus side the bathroom was clean. We would have asked for a change of sheets but figured at $60 a night this might be the best we would be getting plus it was 0100am and we were exhausted.

“人々の中に住む者が多すぎる”
そこに住んでいる人が多すぎるし、多くの麻薬取引や酔っ払っている人たちがたむろしている…部屋に壊れているものがないかの在庫をチェックすべきだ、そうすれば新しい客を責めることはできない。私は自分の保護のために壊れたエアコンのボタンカバーの写真を撮らなければならなかった、到着時に壊れていたものに対して請求されないようにしたかったから。それ以外は清潔でスタッフも親切だったが、ベッドは間違いなく快適ではなかった。
