ソファベッドはとても汚れていて、マットレスにもシミがあり、キッチンの鍋やフライパン、皿も非常に汚れていました。寝室のマットレスには寝虫がいて、全体的にとても汚れていて横になるには非常に不快な場所でした！滞在の7日目までハウスキーピングはなく、これは異常です！

私はここでの16泊を楽しみました。スタッフは温かくて親切です。部屋は十分な広さがあり、清潔で、ベッドは非常に快適です。簡易キッチンは素晴らしいプラスです。場所は静かで素敵です。ホテルは少しリノベーションが必要かもしれませんが、それ以外は素晴らしい滞在でした。

I'm happy to see we were able to give you a clean bed for a good nights sleep. We are in the process of getting some needed repairs done, these should be completed this week. We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations well enough to warrant a better score but we do understand, especially since we have some construction happening. They make you pay for parking and it’s a wide open parking lot in a small business area with many many parking spaces that wasn’t occupied!

Undisclosed $20.⁰⁰ for any late check-out after 11 am. Also, the room phone doesn't work, which is a violation. Old carpet and the room door doesn't close automatically; you must push the door to close it physically.

I am disabled and was traveling alone. They did not know this at first but the moment I got there until I left I was always greeted with a smile, asked if they could answer a question or lend a hand. I, of course, could always use a hand and took them up on all offers. Additionally the use of free washer/dryers, the on-site snack store and free parking were unexpected perks. When I found out the day I was leaving that the shuttle guy was on vacation they immediately told me they would order an uber to get me to the airport. But when the driver arrived in a smaller vehicle, the manager not only waited with me, she immediately ordered another in the luxury category to ensure my ride was large enough and cozy for my ride to the airport. The room accommodation was like a small apartment and to my dismay was nicer than my regular abode. LOL. Although I had a coffee maker there was also free coffee in the laundry room/snack store. There were plenty of kitchen utensils to cook a meal and the room was supplied with free cleaning products, etc. And on top of that there was regular maid service if you wanted it! This hotel chain is at the top of my list for future stays. I do hope they continue to grow and add more locations as I have a new fav lodging search tool Agoda.com to search for them!

“良いけど素晴らしくはない”
バスルームのドアが正常に閉まらず、遅めのチェックアウトをお願いした後もスタッフが部屋に何度も来ました。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、部屋は清潔でした。ベッドは快適で、ホテルでは今までで最高のベッドでした。
