The Willows ere is a top class hotel we was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived.I cannot find a fault at all,,the staff are fantastic and Chan is second to none.

Right from booking the hosts were brilliant by letting us know what they offer eg romance packages, picnics etc. All of a very reasonable price. It is very close to Windermere, 5 mins walking. Breakfast is great along with beautiful rooms and communal areas. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very clean and the room is fully equipped all the necessary. The service is excellent. They even provided drinking and juice every day in addition to coffee, tea, sweets and biscuits. A very nice stay there. Walking distance to town as well as the amazing view points.

Lovely old house with a pleasant garden just a few minutes' walk from the centre of town. Friendly, helpful staff. WOuldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was our first stay in the Lakes and would highly recommend The Willowsmere as a place to stay, very good value for money, the breakfast was amazing, the owner was very knowledgeable about the local area and things to see/do. We will definitely be back!

Anthony was lovely to meet and his bnb was lovely. Very clean, cosy and delicious breakfast. Quick walk into Windermere, where I'd Highly recommend there local brewed stout!

It's pretty convenient between the 2 towns. As there was much traffic, we left our car at the hotel and walked into both towns. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable in Autumn. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely.

To be honest , it’s Agoda That We would not recommend, they add far too much commission for themselves to the hotel price. So just book direct with the hotel.

The guest house located in a quiet place required a little walk to the town centre. The manager, Antony is really a very helpful and warm person. He gives orientation to all guests on the scene. The guest house is very clean and tidy. The pillows are good to support a good sleep. I would highly recommend it.

Jason was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. He’s abundant with local information and can tell you exactly what you want to know. There are a lot of good books and booklets in the guesthouse about the lake district as well. The rooms are comfy and clean, the living room and garden are very nice and pretty. The breakfast was also brilliantly served and tasty. It’s probably the first time I leave such a long review on Agoda, it’s a really pleasant stay. If I can give over 5 stars I would. And if I can come back some time I definitely would too.

Pros: Overall good Cons: Romance Package was not prepared on arrival as agreed. Cleaning during the stay was not good, but the room was clean on arrival. Lunch was presented improperly in plastic bags! Little asssistance when carrying luggage although the room was in second floor. No 24 service desk available.

I could tell from the email correspondence that this was going to be a nice place to stay.. I had such a nice welcome, I was given a map of the area which was so helpful, good food recommendations. My room was perfect. And breakfast was really nice. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again

Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was nice and clean, well organised and the bed was just AMAZING! Bathroom was lovely too, perfect for having a relaxing soak at the end of the day after touring the lakeside. The breakfast was perfect, scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had!

“オシャレで綺麗な石造りのイギリスのお家”
お部屋もお庭も大変綺麗でインテリアもクラシックでとても素晴らしく快適でした。 ゲストハウスですので、夜8時以降はスタッフがいなくなるので、遅く到着すると不便かと思います。駅 シティーセンターからは少し離れていて到着時はタクシーも止まっておらずあせりまし多賀、ホテルまで一本道でくだり坂だったので楽に歩いて行けました。その後の移動には主にタクシーを使いました。電話で居場所の住所を言って呼ぶとすぐに来てくれてすごく安くて助かりました。リフトはないです。 女性一人には向かないと思いますが、二人以上や車の方には完璧なホテルです。朝食も美味しかったです。美しいお庭も静かな環境 アメニティもハーブに匂いで最高でした。
