The Guesthouse is a bit far from city centre (15-min walk) and train station (30-min). However, there is always bus available. After all, transport in Swansea is convenient. View is good as my room is facing the bay. Breakfast price is reasonable. But there is no luggage storage service so we need to take care of our luggage for early arrival or late departure in case room is not ready.

Wonderful for solo traveler. The single room was very clean and comfortable for me. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Swansea.

Booked online, great little place for a couple of nights in Swansea. For the price it was fantastic, the location was good, right on the seafront, the place was clean and the owner was friendly, the breakfast was also fab. I would stay again no problem.

Stayed a couple of nights with my 4 year old Son. Fantastic location right opposite the beach. Room was very small but ok for the two of us. Lovely and clean room nice hot shower. Bit noisy at night but was on a busy street / road. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Would visit again. Thanks!

Myself and my partner avoid B&Bs like the plague usually. They're just too hit-and-miss, and we've had such awful experiences that we find it safer to just book bigger hotels and chains. However, we were on a budget last weekend so chanced 'Leonardo's'. After ringing the bell to gain entry, we were met by a lovely lady who gave us our key and explained when breakfast was and how much, our room (3) was a VERY pleasant surprise as it had a large bay window with an uninterrupted view of Swansea Bay! Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean (small, but this is a B&B!), but the bed ... This was quite possibly the finest mattress we have ever slept on. It was so good, we've emailed the hotel so that we can purchase one of our own. Despite being a Saturday night, there were no endless banging doors from other residents, and the only negative really was the road noise (which really wasn't a huge problem). We will definitely be staying at Leonardo's again with pleasure!

Compact room. No light switch so fan automatically comes on & stays on every time the bathroom is used. No shower gel. No hair drier. Breakfast expensive & not included. Water pipes had high pitched squeal which was heard often & for a prolonged period. Landing light was only the emergency light which wasn't enough to see by. Was nice & clean though.

Booked a room with a double bed with shared bathroom, got a double room with two single beds. One bathroom was out of order, the other one at another level. Totally sagging mattresses, located at a very noisy main road (earplugs!). I cannot recommend this.
I am sorry You were disappointed You actually booked a twin room and at check in I would have given you the double room You wanted if I had one available. The bathroom was unfortunately out of order, there were two other bathroom available on the two floors below to be shared with two other rooms, the remaining rooms are en-suite. We do have a main road in the sea front side and although your room was on the 3rd floor closing the window will have made a big difference. We sincerely hope to see you again and for you to have a more positive experience - Thank You

Right on the seafront, 10 minute walk to town, Coach station and Marina. I requested a hairdryer and was promptly provided with one- thank you. Our room was at the back, not a pleasant view and not the most attractive room but clean and comfortable bed. Good tea/coffee making facilities and good power shower. Disturbed sleep due to people with seafront views getting up extra early slamming doors as they left in the morning. Steep stairs to bedrooms so not sure suitable for small children or those with mobility issues. Would recommend and return but need a sea view and bigger room on our return

Quite noisy at night because the hostel located next to the main road, the vehicle passes by quit nuisance at night. The hostel quite clean but obviously my room did not properly clean up, the towels and cup were in stains. Staffs were friendly and internet is good, view was nice! I'm quite satisfied although there were some minor imperfect which I could tolerate.

We will investigate why you room was not cleaned properly, can just be because there is a no disturb sign on the door, Guests are free to come and talk to us during their stay, we are available, friendly and professional, guest satisfaction is very important to us Thank You Regards
