Initials blamed me for not advising that we had a child with us. Later turned out it was a hotel error. Unable to allocate room for one hour so we waited ages. Room service is Fine by WhatsApp but no one replies. Food was ok but VERY expensive and took a long time to be served. This hotel has so much potential but is let done by low staff resource.

Arrived to be told the restaurant was fully booked so we went for the club sandwich in the lounge.After a wait of 45minutes the sandwiches and chips arrived cold. The menu said hot sandwiches and the waitress was unsure so we sent them back to be heated. Both came back no different and no comments from the gentleman who brought them. £25..00 wasted we won’t be eating there again.

Lift not working, No assistance from staff, room had cobwebs on ceiling and damp patch on wall, bathroom not cleaned properly, evening meal ... had to ask for spoons for both soup and sweet, went for breakfast told room number not down for breakfast, then decided we were, come back to hotel couldn’t get in main entrance .. school prom being held, had to use fire exit door. Shall not be returning.

Good setting. Clean room friendly reception. Only let down by attitude of waitress in the evening neal. Good good. Breakfast got and we'll presented.

“T sutton”
I stayed here for one night, when i arrived there was empty cans outside and in the hall way, rubbish in the entrance, dirty glasses left around the hotel. My room smelt of sick and was mouldy in the bathrooms, the furniture was stained. I asked to move rooms and eventually i was moved to a better room. I ordered a burger and chips the burger came with no burger and he lasagne was cold. They did apologies and gave me and my daughter a free drink. Not sure if they had staff shortages but the receptionist could of cleared the rubbish in the entrance the hotel wasn't busy. I thought this hotel would be a great place to bring my daughter for her birthday but I was very disappointed.
