市中心から近いですが、疲れる上り坂の散歩です。食器洗い機、オーブン、ストーブ、洗濯機、ハンガーラックのあるフルキッチンがあります。完全な調理器具と洗剤が用意されています。手入れは行き届いていますが、リフォームが必要です。トイレの座面が緩んでおり、ドアがきしみ、古いカーペットです。トイレのシンクの蛇口に突然お湯が出なくなった時には、技術者を派遣して迅速に対応してくれました。

スタッフや受付は常にカウンターにいるわけではありませんが、チェックイン後はアパートがよく整備されているため、彼らの助けはあまり必要ありません。私の2ベッドルームのユニットは最上階にあり、近代的な建物と古い建物が混在する素晴らしい景色が広がり、視界の限り丘が見えました。バスタオルは厚くてふわふわで、石鹸や液体も揃っており、キッチンの器具も十分でふるいとまな板があります。コーヒー、紅茶、砂糖、ミルク、塩、胡椒のパックが入った jar もあり、私たちをスタートさせてくれました。洗濯機もありましたが、自分で洗剤を買う必要があります。枕とベッドは快適でした。エレベーターは少し遅くて不安定だったかもしれません。立地は素晴らしく静かでした。このユニットをお勧めします。

市中心までの短い距離の散歩。必要なすべてのキッチン用品が揃った完全なキッチンに非常に感謝しています。洗濯機、干しラック、快適なソファがあります。基本的に重要なことはありませんが、シャワーの水圧がもう少し高いことと、1週間以上滞在する場合はゴミを捨てるための清掃スケジュールを期待しています。

I have breathing issues and requested a well-ventilated room weeks in advance, but my request was ignored. I was given a small apartment with poor air circulation and a strong odor that made my condition worse. Kitchenware was very limited and the pots were too small to cook properly. I’ve been staying here since 2017, but sadly, this visit showed a clear drop in service. It might be my last.

Car parking area is a bit small
Hello Heng, Thank you for your review and that you enjoyed your stay with us here at SACO the Ropewalk Nottingham. We are lucky to have a car parking area within the city centre as there are very few properties that do. The parking spaces were the standard size of vehicles when the building was built, however as we know vehicles have increased in size over the years. We have a variety of vehicles use the parking facility from a Mini upto transit vans, however we are sorry to hear that you found the parking area to small. However I would not recommend staying on ground floor too noisy at night

Not working shower head, no hot water, broken lift( we stayed at 3rd floor with 5 big luggages), rooms too dark. Charged wrong amount of money for carpark(we claimed and refunded), additional +£1 for no reason and no refund, Not recommended to others. Quite disappointed.
Dear Poyan, We do apologise for the issues you had during your stay. The shower has been investigated and further repairs are due to be completed this week, I was not aware of a hot water issue with your apartment. I hope you were able to call us on our support number to discuss these issues. We also apologise for the lift being out of service, it is currently being repaired and should be finished today or tomorrow latest. Unfortunately the lift repair was out of our control however we do offer help with luggage where possible. Once we were made aware that the car park charges were incorrect, our team ensured it was refunded for you and the £1 pre authorisation is held and released at the end of your stay. I can see on our system it is expired so would have been released to you.
