If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. Allow Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Allow undefined. Allow undefined. We ask guest to leave the property as they find it. Guests must be respectful of our neighbours, and keep noise at a respectable level. Also no noise after 11pm outside the property on a weekend and 10pm during the week. We do not allow events, but parties are welcome. Also as in the house rules we do not allow visitors. We allow well behaved pets but they must be booked in and the fee of £40 pounds paid. Also pets are not allowed on furniture, or in the bedrooms. No smoking in the property. A fee of £100 pounds can be added to the booking if this rule is not followed. All damages must be reported asap. Any issues must be raised asap, Rubbish not to be stored in the property and is to be placed in the bins at the top of the driveway. Thanks again Mike
