“Apartment 48”

Nice clean apartment. Only thing that lets it down is the number of parking spaces at the front only 5 bays for all the apartments. Apart from that it’s great.

“Terrible communication ”

Terrible communication. We were left on the street unable to get in as no codes had been sent to us despite making payment. All this with a baby! Eventually got in. Plus great location and size of apartment. Other than that facilities were awful. Not enough dishes etc for all of us. Very tired apartment. Ripped carpet, holes in walls and toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Worse though, no bedding for the babies cot!! Avoid using dreams apartment !

“Good facilities but bad reception”

There is no reception desk. I had to call someone who help to check in, but they just communicate by phone call. Deposit card number must be needed to hotel with phone call as well. It took very long and they even didn't give a notice how to check in. It was very cold outside.

“Holiday stay”

Overall good accommodation, however, it could do with a bit of updating as our room had a fair bit of wear and tear - nothing major just could do with a touch up for all of the nicks and scratches. Bathroom could do with some form of storage or side unit as the mirrored shelf is too small for all a families kit and the TV was small for this type of room.

Gorgeous, modern and comfortable with exceptional cleanliness.

The staff were extremely accommodating. We were relocated allowing for difficulty using stairs and shown how to use the Metro as well as small domestic matters. all these went to make our few days very enjoyable.

“Situated in an excellent place for the city centre”

We were there for a show on the Saturday night, and found that the Kensington was even better than we had expected (we expected it to be very good!). It's easy to find, the girl on reception was very helpful and polite, the apartment was huge, warm and very comfortable. It's literally 2 minutes from the metro station into the city centre. I'd also like to recommend the Valley Junction Indian Restaurant (probably the best Indian meal we've ever had!) We'll definitely stay at the Kensington again - highly recommended

“Enjoyable two night stay”

Staff were freindly and efficient. Apartment was clean and spacious with modern decor. Well equipped kitchen. Breakfast items were replenished daily. Good location, couple of minutes to Jesmond station. Would definately stay again.

“Great place, great value”

Had a one night break in Newcastle and was very impressed with the staff and accommodation provided at the Kensington. Really good location by the Metro for accessing the city centre

“Excellent”

The facilities are good. The addition bed was having some problem, but the solve it as soon as we told them the problem. Nice kitchen with full equipment. Big Living room and bedroom. Nice area to stay.
