すべて完璧でしたが、一人の失礼なスタッフが私とパートナーを無視し、名前を教えることを拒否しました。彼女はイスラム教徒のような服装をしており、自分たちをイスラム教徒だと紹介しました。あらゆる方法での無礼です。私は絶対に戻りません。

Good and comfortable hotel for a quick trip, far from town and not much around, not even a corner shop in the walking distance. Breakfast was fine, though no replenishment of food closer to 10pm, so you need to be there well before closing time. Reception and bar staffs very helpful.

We loved the room there with big window! We stayed there because flight was cancelled. But still Enjoyed staying there. Receptionist at check in was so helpful and they have proper waffle maker at breakfast was fantastic!!

Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and amazing facilities. The floors has ice dispenser, laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes, another room with crockery, microwave and other utensils. The room had ironing board, iron, safe and a mini fridge. This hotel is HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

A bit far from the centre and shops

Not close to Luton Airport. Nothing in the area so you have to eat in the hotel. But terrible value for money and should be avoided at all costs.

just too far to be handy for the airport when you have dropped back a hire car - would be ok for a taxi drop off - otherwise room good and staff helpful, though very noisy crowd in the bar in the evenings
