First thing this is not a proper guest house. You will be assigned a room in a flat. Unfortunately my room had very thin walls and above Fe Gym so you hear the banging till late and very early morning! The room has a kettle and complimentary teas/coffees in little jars. The coffee was out of date and it been there for ages. There is no kitchen in the flat so you can't prepare your own food. The room had a decent bed but with thin buffet and very cheap pillows. The check in experience was a mystery, as I when I booked the room I didn't receive any communications from the guest house and left waiting in the hot weather for someone to show inform of the building. Their advertised number on their website doesn't work.

I stayed here for four days and had an overall good experience however I faced few problems and it is better to point them out . The Check In time is after 2 PM and doesn't work for a person who check out from another hotel or reaches London in the morning .In my case ,I was checking out of another hotel and wasn't able to check in here as no one was available .I had to drag my luggage with me till the evening . Room was good and clean however the bed sheet needs to be changed as it has some very obvious stains on it . Towels were good . Bathroom was good and was cleaned regularly . Kitchen was good too and I made good use of it . Wifi only worked for my first day and it was not showing on my last two days of stay and I couldn't use it at all . My overall experience is good as it is near Whitechapel tube station , darling row bus stop and Nando's as well . Halal food is easily available. I Strongly suggest the management to be flexible about their Check in Policy .

“Not what was advertised. ”
Completely basic, just a room, beds squeak, sofa was broken, literally 0 other facilities, took some time to get in contact with owner when checking in, the key to the front door didn’t work.
