We were in the middle of Soho and everything. In just a few minutes you could walk just about anywhere. You could hear the occasional loud street traffic from the flat on the third floor but aside from that no problems. We had some issues with the kitchen (oven and dishwasher were not working) We had problems with the circuitry in the light in the main room. The Wi-Fi we were provided with was from a modem in another room, because the modem in our room wasn’t working. THEN - if you try to call staff, if you try to email staff, if you asked for help in general; you would not get anything from them. We called twice and got the promise of maintenance to come and fix things, but had no confirmation or maintenance show up. It’s such a shame because if it weren’t for that, the place would have been absolutely amazing. I recommend the place, but I do not think you get value for money if the managers are unwilling to help you with your problems.

The pros are that it is in a fantastic location and the cons are that it's a bit dark and a bit on the small side but for the cost and the location it really is worth a go.

It is a services apartment but no lift and my room is on 3rd floor. only see the staff while I check in. no services counter, no once can call after 7:00 pm. If you hv no money but want stay in the place in soho, it is a choice.

Cancelled us due to an ‘overbooking’ 3 days before our arrival (from Singapore). Checked on line and apartments still advertised, at a higher price. Could have been different apartments in the complex, but no offer of anything else. Very disappointing.
