Not in the most aesthetically pleasing location but the apartment block itself is TOP notch. It’s quiet, it’s clean, it’s warm and apartments are large. Staff are always friendly and polite. Located right by the overground so it’s only 10 minutes from Euston and the tube is only a 5 minute walk. We always book here and will continue to do so.

Really enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights. Great location, staff are very attentive. The only issue is the spa sauna is offsite, about a 10 min walk which was not mentioned on the booking. In addition it is only 1 day access.

Our time here at sanctum has been perfect,room size ,cleanliness ,facilities all were to our needs . Transport outside the building location was easy and convenient. Shopping /restaurants outside the building plenty to choose from. Wod Definitely pick this place a again 10/10.

I visit London A LOT and have stayed in MANY places so trust me when I say this is a good find! I got the 1 bedroom mezzanine flat and loved the floor plan. It’s a beautiful flat, bright even thou its at the back yet it gets enough light. The blackout curtains are great as I slept in most morning not knowing it was already daylight. I absolutely LOVE how they are not cheap on maintenance. This is one of the few flats I’ve stayed at that offer cleaning mid stay cleaning. The team come in twice a week and clean and they come every single day to collect the trash. This was impressive as it shows they care very much about maintaining a high standard. The apartment came with heated floors which we enjoyed. 2 Tv’s, one in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. A few bottles of water in the refrigerator to welcome you, I thought that was a very nice and considerate touch. The staff from the manager to front desk, security and cleaners were all very helpful, friendly and very professional. I must commend Othman who helped us with our bags and was ever so jovial each time we would see him around. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here henceforth.

The property is clean and very comfortable. It’s well connected either by bus or the underground (nearest station 3 min walk). There are shops, supermarkets and eateries nearby. It is slightly on the pricey side but worth the $$.

شقق فندقية ، غرفتين وصالة ، فخمة وجديده ، تبعد عن الهايد بارك عشرين دقيقه ، توجد محطة باص (كيلبورن هاي رود) عند باب الفندق ، تروح دايركت لماربل ارش عند الهايد بارك في عشرين دقيقه بدون تغير الباص. كمان يوجد محطة مترو (كيلبورن بارك) تبعد خمسه دقايق (خط بايكرلو) يوصلك الاماكن السياحية المشهوره دايركت ، مناسب جداً للعوائل وكذلك يوجد شطاف :)

완전 관광지랑은 조금 동 떨어져 있지만 하이드파크까지 걸어서 50분 정도 걸리고 버스 정류장도 5분 내에 여러개 있어서 위치적으로 만족스러웠어요 바로 앞에 버스정류장과 오버그라운드가 있어서 유스턴역 갈 때 편리했습니다. 직원분들 다들 너무 친절하시고 시설도 깨끗한 편이었어요 대신 수건은 일주일에 두 번만 교체해주십니다. 월, 목에만 해주는 것 같았어요 세탁기가 있어서 저는 수건 다 빨아서 사용했습니다. 식기류 다 비치되어 있는데, 키친 타올이나 조미료류는 없어서 근처 마트에서 구매해 오시면 됩니다. 근처에 파운드랜드에서 사면 저렴하게 구매할 수 있어요!! 보증금은 200파운드 있는데 체크아웃하고 지금 이틀 되었는데 아직은 환불이 안 되었네요,, 일주일 내로 환불되기를 기다리며..

It's quite and clean. They got all appliance you need including Washing machine, oven , microwave, etc. The location is not far from the station and across the bus stop. Perfect for family or group travellers. *** I was impressed by them for having bidet in toilet which so rare in UK hahaha ***

The appartment is clean with nice amenities. The reception and staff are very helpful especially Otman and Saeed. The location is perfect just 2 minutes walk from metro station and just next to a bus station. Many Halal shops and restaurants near by.

I would definitely recommend this hotel The location was not close to my buisness but its near Paddington and marylboune and there are 2 under and overground stations and well as many bus stations The appartments are of medium sized well equipped The staff are very kind and helpful Its definitely better than most of the UK hotels

We were told the pool ist just opposit the road. This was not the case as there are two Sanctum properties. Nothing against IKEA, but for a 5* Apartment it looked quite cheap! Security staff was always very friendly. However check in staff was slow, snippy and could not answer easy questions such as "does the gym facility provide towels"?. When asked for a gym entry voucher on day 3 she said there's only one voucher per day per Apartment but everyone needs a voucher to enter the pool/gym. You must be joking? We're a party of 3 renting one apartment. She exceptionally gave us 3 vouchers. I know this is first world complaining, I would however not stay there anymore.

Our websites clearly state that the pool is off-site, but we will edit our profiles to notify everyone that there are limited pool vouchers according to the number of bedrooms in an apartment. We have now spoken to all our staff about the towels being provided at the pool. As for the furnishings, all our furniture is custom built from either the UK, Italy or China. Amazing how weekend rates are more expensive but when asked for housekeeping we were told by the reception that they don't have housekeeping on a weekend. There were no air-conditioning because it's still winter at 27 degrees. Felt like sleeping in a sauna. After office hours there wernts any reception. Only one manager with one assistant mending the reception and answering phone calls for the whole service apartment. I winter how tight the security. We were given a room at the G floor we don't have to tap our card to access the area so security wasn't that tight. And lastly since it's a service apartment it Came with a fill functioning kitchen. But don't bother cooking because u will trigger their smoke alarm even if h open the windows.
Dear guest from Singapore, All hotels have fluctuating rates, and it is not because of increasing or decreasing the services, it is due to supply and demand. Our website clearly states that we do not provide house-keeping on weekends. The air-conditioning units are controlled by preset programs and they operate automatically on demand. Your apartment is on 2 floors with lots of windows so ventilation should have been no problem. In the evening, there are 2 security guards at reception, patrolling the only point of entry to the property and watching all common areas on state of the art security systems. The sensitive smoke alarms are there for your protection and burning food triggers the alarms. Sanctum International

Housekeeping do not replenish toiletries daily and we have to ask from the night Guards for shower gel and shampoo every night And worst of all they hang our wet used towels and floor cloths together in the toilet heater rack and did not give us fresh towels everyday even though we told the reception. Totally disgusted with their service even though we paid a high price for 2 apartments for 5 of us. Totally bad service
Dear Yew, Your review seems to be very unfair based on your false facts. As we mentioned to you and as we advertise, we only provide shampoo / conditioner / shower gel/ bottled water & slippers complimentary on arrival. We change towels and linen twice a week and carry out a maid refresh service Monday through to Friday. It is unfair to judge our service by a) not providing you with free toiletries b) not changing your towels everyday when we clearly advertise otherwise. Nevertheless, we are very hands on and I'm sure if you addressed your concerns to management we would have fillfulled your extra needs at no extra cost or fuss.

We (4 adults 2 children) stayed three nights, no refill of shower gel and toilet roll even asked for. Replied maid service will only be provided twice a week and no service in weekend, which means we miss the service perfectly. Only room service we got was changing the bins. Bring your own supplies if you choose to stay with them.

전체적으로 깔끔하고 넓은 편이라 좋았다. 다만 다음날 쓰레기통만 비워져 있고 수건을 가져다주지 않았다. 아파트먼트호텔이라 그런건지 모르겠다 너무새벽시간이라 그냥 가져간걸 사용했다. 리셉션에 직원들이 한명도없이.퇴근하고. 얼리체크아웃시에도 없는게..좀 그래도 룸 컨디션은 굉장히 좋았다 다음에도 이용할꺼 같다

駅すぐそばのApartment hotelです。 フロントがあり、スタッフが常駐していますし、対応は素晴らしいです。 （荷物運搬、預かりもしていただきました） お部屋も清潔で広く、大変満足です。 予約時に記載がありませんが、備品を壊してしまったときのためのDepositがCheck-inの際に必要です（Credit決済）
