I came across. I used condom in the room. I reported it their man. It put me off at this terrible the third night. My luggage was left in another room. I couldn't find a member of staff. The lift wasn't working at this absolutely terrible. I never got a reply back from my complaints. Booking reference. *** please can you get someone to call me? ***

Hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside was a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning, but that’s to be expected with such a prime location. Bit small, but it’s exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay after a concert. I felt completely safe here as a tourist unfamiliar with London and alone with a young child.

Hotel location was fantastic. Near to all kind of restaurant, groceries, tube station and walking distance to Hyde Park. Staff were friendly, 24hrs reception, got lift, water heater, iron and aircond. Room is small and no space for big luggage if u open it (if u have more than 2 will be cram already without even open it 😅) but the rest facilities are great. Suitable for traveller with minimal luggage. Bed was comfortableand i still enjoy my stay and walking around the area.

Room was a little small but for one or two nights it is fine. We had everything we needed. Amazing location for central London. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We are generally very satisfied with the hotel and the room. Cleanliness is OK, location is good. Near Hyde park. There are 2 tube stations in the street where is hotel... Only complaint is for the lack of the space in the room and there should be some table under the TV...

If you were a homeless person, I would be happy to recommend you book this place, otherwise, this place will make you sad. My wife and I spent 4 nights, despite of we booked 5 nights. We had to run away from this facility to another nearby hotel: Columbia Hotel (which by the way very cozy and desirable, the price is only 10~20% higher than this miserable place). I didn't expect the real room should be very similar to the picture on the reservation app, but the astronomical scale of the gap between the app and the reality was uncanny. 1. The building looked still under renovation judging by all the dingy building materials that were attached everywhere. : They shouldn't take the customers when the renovation is not finished! Shame that I didn't take the pictures, I was too panicky to do so. 2. The room is ridiculously small. The same 12㎡ room in Paris we stayed in a few days later was perfectly okay, but this room was magically inefficient or, probably was not 12㎡ room in the first place. I couldn't fully open the window. It was facing the backside of the other buildings, so there were various gorgeous things like bird droppings, feathers.... etc. Lucky that I didn't see any rat or dead pigeon. 3. The bedding and bathroom looked clean at the beginning and they maintained relatively clean status during the stay. But there was beautiful thick dust on the table right beside the bed as if it had never been cleaned. I encountered 5 cute cockroaches, I saw one of them the moment I entered the room for the first time, only God knows where it hid, the other 4 were found in the bathroom. 4. The bright side of this facility: The crews was weirdly kind as if they didn't recognize the hotel's status. The wifi was strong, there were two subway stations nearby so very convenient.

The area is good close to the tube rooms ok, however I have stayed here a few times an what lets it down is the staff. they are rude and not very help full. Also took a room deposit said it would be paid back in 2 day it was not called them then sad up to 14 days it was not called them again and now 30 days. someone is keeping the deposits be carful. when speaking to them quite rude.

The reception (Ms. Sheri) was very helpful and kind. The manager was also super hospitable. We felt right at home. They helped us with the storage and delivery of our luggage to Scotland. The place was very central and convenient. They have a new elevator which is also helpful as my parents are both seniors. Will definitely stay again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! The value for money is unbeatable, and the rooms are very clean. The daily cleaning service is also great. The location is truly exceptional, just across the street from Bayswater station, nearby Tesco Express, Saintbarys, McDonald's, and Burger King. It's just a 10-minute walk to Hyde Park. I will chose here again.

Hotel well situated near Hyde park and with in walking distance of Marble Arch and the edge of central London. Room small although well equipped with hair dryer ironing board . Bathroom small and shower small would be tight squeeze for someone over 6foot tall . Staff good. Was able to leave luggage in secure area until check in free of charge. Lots of places to eat nearby . Would stay again

I love how convenient NOX @ Hyde Park was but I felt really upset that upon checking in, our safe was not working. As we had a line of activities ahead, we informed the reception to let the technician know to make the changes. When we came back at night - the technician did not get it fixed. Despite futile attempts to get the safe fixed, after a week of staying there nothing was done. The night receptionist tried her best to help but to no avail. The rooms were very small and tiny for 2 persons. It was a little suffocating in fact. The room was however very clean and decent. I will not recommend staying there if you have many luggages or if you need more space to walk around. As there were no table nor chair, We had to eat on our luggages due to the lack of space. I felt that the rooms were also not adequately made up as they reused the sheets for many days. I love the fact that NOX @ Hyde Park has 2 train stations (Bayswater and Queensway) and it was really convenient to travel around. There were also many convenient stalls and stores to eat from. However due to the lack of space I may not return to this hotel.
