We stayed here for a night, the room we were placed in was far alike from the photos shown on Agoda. The smell was horrible, toilet didn't flush, floors were gross and unclean. We asked to be moved to a different room, they gave us a new room, we walked in and there were already guests in the suite. The staff were baffled and didn't believe us, manager was called and went to the room, only to confirm there were still guests staying in that room. They finally gave us another room in the "silver status" area, still OK - very small room, nothing compared to pictures displayed .

First room was dark and dismal and very cold as heating was not working second room they moved us to was clean and ok but on the Saturday night music from a wedding was so loud we could not sleep then until 5am people singing in corridors and banging doors would not recommend weekends at this hotel

Decor very dated and tired, needs refresh. No sleep at all owing to noise of other guests and no staff about to address. Location good for underground to London otherwise would. It recommend. Hilton in same stretch far preferable

It's a great place to stay except I did have a problem with a member of staff walking into my roo. Without knocking which I found quite bad

Pros: Swimming pool and spa on the premises, only 2 storey building so can easily walk to the room. Quite clean throughout the hotel and in the room. Cons: Surprisingly there are no shower cap for a 4 star hotel. It was also a little bit difficult to find the swimming pool because the size of the hotel is quite big and without clear signage.

My expectations of the hotel were not met. I expected better quality facilities, from the buildings to the rooms I was really disappointed from what I pictured macure hotel to be.

the price of this hotel is cheap, its far from london central but if you are going to Harry Potter studio then that should be a perfect hotel

Used hotel for getting to challenge cup final. Quite easy to get to the ground via the train. Hotel food was ok, room ok. Overall pleasant stay. Would use again. The hotel is in reasonable taxi ride of watford centre for drinks after.

we had two separate double rooms but as the previous guests were late checkng out they provided us with 2 different rooms straight away. really enjoyed the gym. everyone was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient as a base while visiting family or as a cheaper alternative to staying directly in London. Nothing remarkably great or awful, but it definitely lives up to the standards of other Mercure hotels. The gym has a surprisingly wide selection of equipment as well. The rooms are clean and the beds firm

Ramada hotel is located close to major motorways. Rooms are quiet and well equipped. Free WIFI access was available in my room (314) although the reception listed it to be available in public areas only. Good breakfast, nice choice of meals and friendly staff. Free car parking. Definitely a place to return.

V tomto Ramada hotelu jsme stravili pouze jednu noc pri ceste ze zapadu Anglie zpet do Londyna. Zamerem bylo usetrit neco malo za hotel v Londyne, kde za tuto cenu dostanete neco cemu se jen stezi da rikat pokoj a vetsinou bez koupelny. V Ramade jsou pokoje velmi pekne, ciste, nove zarizene a hotel je celkove na dobre urovni. Bazen jsme nevyzkouseli, ale je. Jedinou nevyhodou je, ze jsme trochu zaspali na snidani, ktera je jen do 9:30 a opravdu v 9:32 uz bylo temer vse odneseno...

“Great location for Harry Potter Studio tour”
Facilities were mostly clean though very old and dated, the walls and windows were quite thin and didn't block out the noise. We had an issue with guests in a nearby room shouting and playing loud music at 1am ish but a quick call to reception and it was soon solved.
