よく見る名前のホテルなので新しく綺麗なのかなと思っていましたが、正直それほどでもないなと思いました。 スタッフの方は親切で朝食案内の方は特に良かったです。

二泊素泊まりで利用。 シングルルームはリスティングにあったよりも一回り狭く、ソファとコーヒーテーブルなどはなし。 建物は古かったが、掃除はきちんとされていた。 ドーナツ型の建物だったからか、4階の部屋から窓を開けても中庭(?)部分の排気ガスがかなりきつい匂いだったのは直して欲しいところ。

バスロードに有るが、行きは1時間に一本しか来ない。時刻表だと20分くらい。 帰りも、15分遅れて30分かけて到着。 意外と不便。わざわざ市内からヒースローに移らなくても良かった。 地下鉄で市内から1時間。

バスターミナルから近隣のホテルへ乗り合いバスで移動。 バスのドライバーとのコミュニケーションが出来ないとたどり着けないかも。 ホテルそのものは円形の建物で特異。それ以外は日本のビジネスホテル的。

Convenient location for 1 night transit near the airport - the restaurant has a good variety of food and the buffet decent! The check in queue can be long but quick, if you have happen to check in the same time as groups - it is also has meeting facilities and you may have several company groups in house.

they have change me to hilton heathrow. but the hilton staff have make some mistake and i have to wait there for almost an hour. the room is nice. airport transfer is payable.

My flight arrived from Indonesia at 7am so I emailed the hotel about an early check in. They told me it depended on availability which I understood. I arrived from the airport at 10am and was told to wait as the hotel was full. At 12pm the staff informed me a room was ready but I would have to pay an additional 30pounds! I paid 59pounds for the room so this was 50% more. I refused and said I would wait until 2pm which was the official check in time. Next time I would go to Premier Inn who charge 10pounds for early check in.

The staff were the stars - all of them. I had special requests quickly filled, room was spotless, all were genuinely warm and friendly and no sense of being rushed or pushy or fake. Just the nicest people intent on making my stay comfortable. Yes, the furnishings are dated - but I will stay there again because it was exactly what I wanted after more than 17 hrs combined flights to get to London. Kudos to the staff and management. I was very satisfied.

The rooms are very small. Hard to manoeuvre in them. However, the a/c was cold, the wifi was fast and the mattress was comfortable. Close to the airport. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

for travellers like me on a budget Best Western is value for money. along with free wifi, room service breakfast there is an easy and regular shuttle bus to Heathrow terminal including International Terminal 4

requested a taxi to take us to T5 - we were asked to share a minibus when picked up and charged £24 per couple for a 5 minute journey. rooms are really small

We stayed one night as we were flying out of t2, we took Piccadilly line from kings x to Hatton cross and then had to get a £20 uber to the hotel. The hotel was nice, decent bar and food menu £6 a pint. The room was nice enough and the staff booked us a taxi for the terminal as we had to be there at 3am (£17) cant fault the hotel although we wouldn't fly out of heathrow again! If we ever did we would consider the hotel though
