I didn’t have 1 good experience from this hotel, apart from the position of it. With it being so close to oxford street, I managed to get away from the hotel for a while. We got put in one room which had no working telly, and the bed was broken. Which made it very clear that these rooms are NOT checked before new customers come to stay. So got moved to another room. Both rooms were dirty, no air/fans in the heat which proved very difficult to sleep in. All you hear all day/night is the underground tubes rolling through which sounds like an airplane is taking off. The staff were okay, not very friendly and didn’t like the fact I was pulling them up on the problems I had. In the bathroom there were all broken tiles on the floor, of which I cut my foot. The inside of the shower was filthy dirty with a layer a dirt just growing freely. I did not enjoy my stay, and I wouldn’t return or recommend to anyone.

Basic and in need of refurbishment. Paid for a double but was given a very small cupboard room. Single bed that only just fits in the room and not big enough to comfortably spend any time in other than sleeping. Location very good within walking distance of Oxford circus and regents park. Breakfast was very good. Wi fi is NOT FREE. They charge £5 per day. If you're not fussy this property is adequate. If you want pampering look elsewhere

Aside from being a small room and very small bathroom, its not bad for a solo traveler. Pubs around the corner for food and drinks and local shops nearby for snacks. Lovely lady who made breakfast was very polite and nice. Only negatives is the counter staff don't offer to help you with your bags or really show any concern, though they were polite. Shower curtain smelled very bad. Other than that its not bad value for money being in London.

Stayed for two nights at this hotel. On my first day a hotel staff told me that I had to pay the hotel again because the payment from agoda didn't go through, so he asked me to pay it again but I showed to him that I already had paid through Agoda and he let it go, but felt a bit like he was trying to deceive us to get money. The double room is not too bad but the single room is like being in a cell in jail. Everything is old, the elevator is scary and the stairs very steep. Wouldn't recommend this hotel and only stayed here because of the price, location and lack of other options .

ベッドはOKですが、バスルームが狭く、またお湯が出るまですごく時間がかかりました。地下鉄の駅からもけっこう歩きます。wifiも有料です。
