The stay was unsatisfactory, the Accomodation did not look like as advertised, the toilet seat was broken in the bathroom. We were very unhappy not to mention the constant screaming and shouting coming from other rooms alongside the cold draught we had all night (the room was so cold) and we could feel the springs in the beds considering the price we paid for the stay , the service did not live up to expectations.

Sara l'ultima volta che prenoto con voi è stato un viaggio d incubo pozione quartiere malfamato staff non abbiamo visto nessuno polizia inesistente .....un schifo par tutto ......mi dispiace ma è questa la verità

“Not like the pictures ”
The pictures on the advert do not reflect the room. Broken floor boards, bent blinds, plugs next to bed not working. Unclean pillows with stains bedding the same. Dirty stains on towels. Mattresses springs dug into the body, very uncomfortable sleep. Also due to loud traffic outside, noises from floor boards upstairs and also way too hot. Did not open windows as we were staying on the ground floor. No air con or fans available. No breakfast offered even though states it’s part of the booking. WiFi did not work along with the TV. Did not reach out to the owner except for the faulty window which did not close. They did fix the window after 4hrs of informing the problem. This made me not reach out to them about all the other problems as we wanted to enjoy our holiday in London . Please read other reviews before booking. Not like me who hadn’t read them. Wish I had as I would not have gone ahead with the booking.
