Very near train station, room and bed is comfortable but abit too cramp with luggages. We didn’t get hot water for two shower sessions. One at night and one in the morning and nothing could be done. Apart from that, the sleep was good.

部屋はきれいなのですが、思ったより狭く、少し圧迫感を感じました。部屋にはポットやシンク、ドライヤーなどが揃っており、その点は便利です。地下鉄の駅からほんとにすぐ近くでした。大通り側の部屋を使ったのですが、夜中まで割と外の騒音が聞こえてきました。 また、まだ改装中のようで、ホテルの廊下は若干雑然としていました。 チェックアウト後、荷物を預けようとしたところ、掃除用具入れのような物置に案内され、そこにセルフで置くように言われ、清潔面と安全面から、荷物を預けるのは断念しました。

I was very happy and comfortable in my room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Facing a courtyard, it was very quiet. Newly refurbished, the room was modern with a very comfortable bed. Stepping out of the hotel direct into Borough Market and London Bridge is an absolute dream.

They were in the middle of a renovation when we visited so the corridors were very dirty and uninviting. It may be improved when complete! Bathroom was nice but the room was very small, a bit tired and not perfectly clean (dust on skirting boards etc). Not what I would expect for the price.

beds are very small, even for a small person like me it’s still pretty small. the price is crazy during the christmas & new year period. location is pretty central so it’s not bad. staff are quite friendly. there was room service to tidy the room on the second day, some dirty towels were collected, just that we asked for new towels, but they never arrived. it’s not bad in general, just the value for money is not ideal during christmas times

Actually room's smaller than the photo. No reception per se. One of the key reason for booking this place was due to its proximity to the Underground station. Unfortunately the Borough Station was closed during our stay.

I had a great stay at CitySpace. The reception was super nice and helpful. He helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room, let me borrow a UK outlet converter, and upgraded my room to a suite last minute. City Space was in a perfect location. I only stayed for 2 nights but I was able to see all of the main attractions. Would definitely recommend and stay here next time I’m in London

I stayed here for 3 nights. You get sent a front door access code and a separate code for the electronic lock on your door. My room was on the 3rd floor (top floor) and there is no lift and the stairwells are pretty tight, so carrying up large suitcases would be an issue. Hence why all the stairwell walls and bannistersnwere so scuffed up. My room was a good size, especially the bathroom, but they are looking tired now. The cushions on my bed were dirty, the walls and doors had various bad paint repairs and the holder for tea and coffee was dirty and dusty. There were no curtains in the room, only a water stained blind, that had to be manually opened and closed as the cord to raise and lower it, didnt work. I could not find a TV remote anywhere in the room and I also had no toilet paper in the bathroom either. At no point during my stay there was the room cleaned, towels replaced, toilet roll added, etc. Also the only member of staff I ever saw was at breakfast time. There is no on duty staff, ever. Its a great location and if it was freshened up it would get a better review from me. But its getting tired and a bit rough around the edges now.

Given that it’s a budget end priced hotel I was expecting the worst, but on arrival staff were great and v helpful, even upgraded our room for free. The rooms were very clean and bathroom facilities were modern and incredibly clean. Also fresh coffee in the rooms, altogether Excellent!

The double en-suite was small but perfect fly formed! Next to borough tube station, warm, comfortable & all the facilities we needed. Perfect for 2 nights - for a longer stay I think a bigger bed & more space would be good, but this was good value for money in central London

Booked a room for 4 adults. Got a family room. One double bed and a chair bed. Staff didn’t realised I booked for 4 guest so showed it on the confirmation, they said we may not fit the room but can go look. We asked if there was another room incase we don’t fit, they said they were full. So made ourselves fit. Had to make up chair bed ourselves. Only provided 2 towels. Main light flickering, even showed staff and they did nothing about it. Front door a bit temperamental, sometimes code works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s a good location and tidy hotel but staff don’t seem to care

“Not much for your money ”
The room was very hot, the fan very ineffective. The hallway had decorators tape across the carpet. No towel provided. Just a bit shabby all round. But great location
