No facilities (gym etc). Location is good, close to Restaurants and small shopping. Thames nearby, very convenient for a walk.

Staff are friendly especially Rosh. The room are clean and good location. About 5 mins walk to Westferry DLR station and 15 mins walk to Canary Wharf Station. Many restaurants and pub nearby. Parking is 21pounds per night but must get the access card from the reception if not, you have to pay 36pounds per night. We stayed on the room 93 and the room was very clean and well decorated. The corner left of the room is the River Thame view And right hand side of the room is a canary wharf view.. We will come back again..

Upon check in , I was told my room is not available at all and they hotel has to move me to another location with the assurance that it is of comparable quality. I have little alternative and any alternative arrangement on my own on the spot would cost me significantly more in expense and inconveniences. The quality of the alternative arrangement was anything but equal. Circus Apartment is on Riverside Canary Wharf, the alternative arrangement , Phoenix Heights , is in the Isles of the Dogs, direct opposite an active construction site (loud noise from 8 am to 5 pm) and next to the Dockland Light Rail (irritating noise until late) The windows of the apartment cannot keep out the noise when closed and it cannot be fully opened either. The latter is a killer because the apartment HAS NOT AIR CONDITIONING. Temperature inside the apartment is slightly below 30 degree C or in the upper 80s' F. One reason I booked a service apartment so I can do some cooking but cooking in an open kitchen in a 30 degree apartment is mission intolerable. In the spirit of full disclosure, the management gave me a 75 pound reimbursement for dinner but it is not even close to the aggravation I undergo.

perfect place to stay to relax between meetings. Close to the Thames, to Camary Wharf shopping centre, and to Westferry station with access to London city, and the ExCeL. I didn't want to leave the apartment when checking out! There was a minor problem on check in, the system didn't work, so I had to go out to find a bank to be able to pay the deposit. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The closest station is actually Westferry (DLR), not Canary Wharf. The apartment size is great and spacious. Only thing is the bath room drain in the master/main bedroom does not drain fast/properly.

“Brilliant ”
Really fab for our family! Loads of space, Netflix for the kids and really clean. I would definitely stay here again! Parking was reasonable and a short tube ride and we were in the centre. It was exactly what I wanted
