大変快適に過ごせました。 WiFi無料、ミニバー無料はとても助かりました。 リバプールストリート駅の真横ということで、移動にも便利で、駅中や周辺にはショップも多数ありました。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーで良い対応でした。 唯一残念だったのは、水回りを使用した際や他の階から水が流れるような音が大音量で聞こえたことでしょうか。 それ以外はロンドンにしては広いお部屋含めてかなり満足です。

駅から非常にちかいので移動には便利。liverppol street stationから徒歩1分程度。フロントの対応も丁寧でチェックイン、アウトもすぐに終わった。

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy as expected from the Hyatt group. However, the service is very poor: 1) We went out for a full day of sightseeing and coming back to see that the room wasn’t made up by 7pm. 2) Called numerous times before anyone answers from the front desk 3) The front desk then called back at a later time only to explain that it was a miss but was due to full occupancy (which really is not of interest to me). 4) We checked out and in again after our short break in another city and to expedite the check in process, suggested that the front desk staff can refer to the personal details from my prior booking. Only to receive a lecture on why she is doing the right thing and requesting for the passports of my whole family. Overall, a very poor experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Andaz is Renovated at Historical Conserved Bldg., opened on 2017, n adj. to Liverpool station, very convenient. Guest room and common area r very Shoreditch Style by Conran & Partner, restaurant n bar by ARA. They captured East London gritty style-Albeit in a sleek style of Andaz splendour. They made use of Shoreditch textile industry in tattoo art leather bed headboard, illustration by Sophie Mo, Art Consultant Dais Contemporary to stock each room w. Books, n fine art photography by Martin Usborne. Wing-backed chairs by Morgan, custom-made walnut desk, Matt-black brass sanitary ware and skincare product by Ren! Concierge is very friendly, in particular CS - Jessica n Boeis are very nice and hospitality. I worked as British architect for many yrs ago until back to Hong Kong, n familiar Shoreditch, hence I rejected their offer of breakfast. However there is still a dispute w. manager on breakfast , eventually he waive such breakfast charge, that’s a fly in ointment!

Apart from a somewhat small room (London standard, I guess) this was a perfect hotel. Despite it undergoing a renovation they'd kept most facilities open. Gym was great (24H), amazing breakfast, superb staff.

I stayed with my brother is a nice spacious double room, which we needed after visiting a concert the night of May 25th. We were awakened by knocking on the door and people coming in at 0640 Saturday morning. They told us there there was a huge leak downstairs (we were at Floor 1) and choked our bathroom. Since there was nothing wrong they left and low and behold, they did the same ting again at 0845. I told them to get lost. Checking out one hour later, I inquired what was wring at the hotel, and the person at the desk mentioned that there was a huge leak on the 3rd floor and they were wondering if we had been affected?? I left my card and asked if the GM could give me a call to explain. He did the same afternoon, and made excuses mentioning some mumbo jumbo about pipes and leaks. And said that if I would return, to mention this incident, so I could get an up grade. I would strongly advise future guest to seriously inquire about the state of the Andaz infrastructure.

What stood out the most for me was how the staff couldn't do enough, they were so helpful and it's the little touches that make this hotel what it is. I will certainly be staying here again, the atmosphere in the hotel is really good and it caters for everyone, if you want a lively bustling hotel all the way to a quiet peaceful and relaxing stay.

“素敵なホテル”
雨だったので、駅とバス停からホテルが近くて快適でした。 イイ香りのするおしゃれなホテルでした。 スタッフの方の感じが良く、チェックインは時間より早くでき、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。 冷蔵庫のオーガニックジュースやコーラなどがおもてなしであったのが良かったです。 翌朝にジュースの補充スタッフの方が部屋に来られました。 また利用したいです。
