This hotel is not available!!!! Do not book.. it has been taken over by the. Council over two months ago for homeless Men.. I had a terrifying experience.. no room .. no booking although my stay was paid in full 4 days previously. Was followed by two men who knew I was vulnerable.. had to stand at a bus stop and use booking.com for another hotel.. at 10 o’clock at night.. ridiculous it’s still listed.. also could post until I pressed at least one star.. I subtract them.. no stars..

If you need a budget hotel in a central location this is a good choice, but it is completey no frills so be prepared for a hard bed and tight quarters. It is the cheapest hotel in the area, and better than the discount hotels near Earls Court Road. Good for students and young travellers.

The check-in was seamless. I love that the price of this hotel is so affordable and it is still clean and functional. Room is small but good enough for a few nights stay.

I booked this based on price and was pleased to find the room was clean and reasonably roomy. There was a good heater in the room and comfortable bed. The very good shower was a bonus.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was old and worn, but clean. The worst was the bed, which was extremely hard. The best was the breakfast ord the location.

When me and my partner checked in we were put in a basement triple room despite booking a double room which did not have internet access so we requested to move rooms as it would be essential that my partner had internet in order to do work. We were moved up to floor 2 again to another triple despite telling the receptionist that we would like a double. This room was filthy! There were small bugs all over the kettle and on the furniture and on the beds! We took photos and showed them to the receptionist who initially insisted there was no other room available. After a long debate insisting we either moved rooms or would be refunded so we could find somewhere else to stay, miraculously a room became available (baring in mind it was 11pm). The final room was adequate however it took from check in at 3pm until 11pm to sort a room for the night. I filled out a complaint form however I have not had a response and it’s been over a month since I stayed. Awful service.

This property is in excellent location. Its staff is very nice. The rooms are okay for the money and a good option for budget travelers. If it is upkeep well, it would be so nice. Thing we noticed are paint peeling off the wall, carpet is extremely old & not clean, stained blanket.

The air conditioner in the hotel is malfunction. We asked the staff to fix the problem and they just ignored us and their attitudes are bad.

Room for 3 in the basement, the room was too small, and the basement has been adapted to have rooms, it was small and curvy corridors, like a maze. No internet in the room. Problems with shower, no hot water the first day (sorted on second day). Should be cleaned better, under the beds a lot of dust. The breakfast was quite good. Staff is ok. It doesn’t look like 3 stars hotel.

You should drop them from your Agoda list. It’s a bad reflection of your choices if they don’t improve and you continue to keep them on your list. There should be a “no star” option. Ambassador’s Hotel is a 0/5 star hotel.

- The room is extremely small. The shower is smaller than on an aeroplane. The water pressure is very weak. The water temperature is poorly regulated. - My room key has been blocked TWICE - An elevator once stuck with people - The hotel said that it provides a mail service, but I could not receive a single letter. They have not responded to my request email for a week now. Very sad. - However, I liked the breakfast at the hotel

When the lift doors opened there was a smell of damp on the third floor, but the room was fine. It was very small, but clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows a bit thin. Two good windows, which opened OK for fresh air (more than in some hotels where they are sealed shut!). TV small but worked OK. Shower was good. This was less than half the price I could have paid for a London hotel in November. Lets face it - all you really want is sleep. The pub six minutes away opposite the tube station does good food.

Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est d'être à proximité (500 mètres à pied) de la station de métro Earl's Court. Pour le reste, chambre vieillotte, SDB mitteuse, sommier en grillage, oui oui, en grillage. Accueil froid par les 2 hommes à l'accueil. Vous l'aurez compris, Hôtel à fuir.

dirty rooms, bad service. i extended my booking and they made me check out and wait in the lobby for 3 hours (12-3pm) to re-check in at their time, even though they had rooms available.

The Ambassadors Hotel Earls Court can only be described as a hell hole, not fit for human occupation. At GBP100/night, it is a disgrace what guests are offered. The pictures on the website are a mock-up and doesn't even closely resemble the reality of neglect that is the reality at the Ambassadors Hotel, Earls Court. Travellers are urgently advised to stay well clear of the Ambassadors Hotel, Earls Court. Also stay clear of Agoda as a booking platform as they use a third party to finalize their bookings and the original booking price and details, do not correspond with the booking price and details on arrival at the hotel. Although I had a booking confirmation for a 2 night stay at the Ambassadors Hotel with breakfast included, that was fully paid for and non refundable, on arrival I was advised that there was no booking for me and that the booking reference did not exist. This cost a lot of money as a new booking had to be made and another payment was required.

“オーバーブッキングだったらしく私たちの部屋はなく大変困りました。”
やっとの思いでヒースローから地下鉄を使い、ホテルまで徒歩２０分でつきました。意外と近くてよかったですが、ホテルの担当の方は当ホテルは４つ星ホテルですので、椅子に座って待っていてください。と４５分以上も待たされました。 （４つ星ホテルならすぐに鍵がでてくると思うんですが。）と思いながら、５０分くらい経過した頃には車を準備したから他のホテルに案内します。とのことでした。 信じられないです。英語があまり上手でないために、言いたいことも言えずに泣き寝入りでした。 しかも一緒に行った子はロンドンが初めてでしたので、空港から直接に来てる地下鉄を選んだのに挙句の果てに行った先はベイズヲーター近くの３つ星ホテルの感じの悪いホテルでした。 最悪の日でした。
