The initial booking room has 2 beds and outside bathroom. Though it is only for our room, it is not very convenient. The bedroom is too small for 2 adults 2 children that I indicated in booking. Fortunately, the staff allowed us to change to bigger room with ensuite bathroom at the same price. It become good experience overall.

very comfortable bed, great location within walking distance to town centre, no parking at the hotel but there is public parking nearby, delicious breakfast .

The only good thing was the lady serving breakfast,she was v hospitable and nice.Otherwise I wouldnt go there again.

Good location at city centre. Except that walking uphill stairs will be inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggage.

“SERVICE WAS APPALLING”
We arrived and despite having pre-paid were asked to pay an addition 80 pounds - we're still not sure why? They have a sign saying Agoda clients don't have any more to pay and after arguing for a bit the girl said she her boss would sort it out with Agoda. We weren't advised what time breakfast was so we came down at 7.30 to be told breakfast wasn't until 8 but if we could help set our table as they'd only set up a table for 2 and not 4 people as we had booked. Our room had 2 single beds despite requesting (and them confirming) additional bedding for our kids. They did provide an extra bed when we asked. The room was tiny and really not suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids despite advertising itself as being a family room. Staff were very short and rude and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
