We stayed here for a hiking trip to the ingleton waterfall trail. This B&B is located just around the corner from the start of the walk, and that was really all we based our booking on. We are so glad we stayed here. The room was spotless with a lovely freestanding bath, and the host was so friendly. A free breakfast is included in the price, and the food really was top quality. We will be staying here again!

we were welcomed very warmly and our room was just what we needed. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food available. Adrian was a super host and very helpful to us regarding the local area. Adrian was also very honest. We thought we had to pay on the day but he showed us we had already paid. I would definitely recommend SeedHill Guest House as great value for money and a great base for getting to know the local area.

“Quaint, characterful, and friendly”
This is a centuries-old listed building that is full of character and right in the heart of Ingleton village. Adrian was super friendly and helpful and all the facilities worked perfectly. Given the nature of the building, it's not the most spacious accommodation, but it's very cosy. The breakfast was great and well kitted out for different dietary requirements.
