Stayed here for nights location fantastic so near to everything. Was put on the 1st floor so heard a lot of music from The Amsterdam underneath but honestly the music stopped at 11.30pm so wasn’t a problem so got enough sleep. The staff were absolutely great couldn’t fault anything would definitatly go again thank you for giving us a lovely time

The hotel is in a great location, on arrival the staff couldn't have been better. The room was tidy but the walls had make up on, the towels had make up stains the room was small and very warm, the fan provided did not work we also found the following morning the kettle also didn't work. We had noise from other rooms all night and due to the heat we had the window open which we had to close at 3am due to the strong smell of 'weed'. Luckily were only staying for one night.

Lovely staff , nice clean rooms , air conditioning wouldn’t go amiss mind you we were stewed

actually the guest never use the room as they left her in the street without any explanation and reason. the guest has a posttraum and wanted safe place to stay to relax, we are wondering why she chose that awful place. They pushed her to collect her bags and left her at the street.# Think twice before booking, maybe is an option for party people, shaddy business and homeless people.

I travelled up for my birthday thinking I had got a good deal in a good hotel, how wrong I was. I had booked a bedroom for three lads three beds. This did not happen. I put this down to agodas site. The hotel itself was a little worn and in need of some work. We saw some signs that stated work was in progress though we did not notice any. On entering the room it was not at all clean. Bath had no plug and chips out of it. Toilet seat had a strap saying it had been cleaned unfortunately untrue. On leaving we had to search for something and had to move the beds and a draw unit. We found a mac Donald's burger wrapper chocolate peanuts and a ticket for a super grass after show party from Feb 20th. Overall I was not impressed. If they can get it refurbished the hotel itself has a bar attached which is vibrant and it's location was good it may be worth another try.

The window in the room kept blowing open and shut throughout the night keeping us awake. Tape all around window ! (I videoed the window. The mixer tap was so looser we thought it was going to fall off. The showe walks were really dirty and the grout and sealant were disgusting. Do not ask for room 301!!!!

Great location one thing let's it down is the nightclub if you are in a room at the front of the hotel it can be really noisy until very late into the night.

my husband & i went for our anniversary & Liz the lovely receptionist very kindly upgraded us to the penthouse suite which had been refurbished & it was lovely but as there was refurbishment going on above our room which was a bit noisy when we got in room but about 30 mins after we were in room noise stopped as worker was finishing for the day & that would have been fine but the young fella was coming back next morning at 8am. so as not to disturb us next morning Liz said she would give us a different room away from noise so very kindly gave us our choice of a few rooms to pick one & each one was lovely. as they also had been Refurbished so thanx to Liz we had a lovely stay. regards Moira & Brian

A nice little hotel in the heart of the city. Our room was small, but spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, obviously newly fitted. The view was a brick courtyard but we didn't come to Glasgow to sit in the room and look out the window 😀For £80 for three people on a Saturday night in December, a steal.

Great hotel in the heart of Glasgows Merchant City. Superb value much less expensive than all the big hotel chains. Our room 303 was spotless, comfy bed , tea and coffee making facilities,great shower and 25% discount when you eat at the bar next door.

“Would definitely stay again”
The hotel has an excellent location- central and next to Merchant square with lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The room was cosy and very clean, bed was comfy. Bathroom looked new , shower was great. On top of that it was reasonably priced.
