I stayed here for 2 nights and what a lovely little hotel! Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfy and clean and the breakfast was delicious! The only thing I would note to improve is the shower pressure, but was still fine. Would definitely recommend a trip here. There are also some beautiful walks nearby.

Hotel great for dogs especially if your going to Three Counties Showground. Food and service good first night we ate there. On the second night we had no service at the table at all and there were 4 staff behind the bar. A bit disappointed as we had to go to the bar to order the wine, then waited and drank a glass of wine still no one came to the table to make our order. In the end we had to order all our courses and get up to even ask for the bill.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby and had a lovely stay. Check in was very easy and the staff were super friendly although I must mention Andy the Sous Chef who was a total legend in helping me into my room after I was locked out and the manager was no longer on duty. He went out of his way to help me when he saw I was stuck and it wasn't even within working hours (he was in the bar having a drink after his shift). Might be worth the hotel checking they have an extra spare key for each room rather than a master which doesn't work. Aside from this, beautiful countryside location and delicious and generous breakfast each morning. Rooms were very clean but the double in our room seemed very small, so not the most comfortable. There is a nice bar downstairs in the hotel but the heating made it feel like a furnace despite it being April and mild outside!

It may be a bit old. The carpets could do with a change on the lower floors, but the rooms was very big. The food was absolutely scrumptious and staff were very helpful indeed. My favourite part of the breakfast was the fried eggs.

The front of house staff were fine but breakfast staff and service was appalling. Food was OK. Being on the top floor with no lift was a problem.

Everything was extremely good - the room, the staff, the breakfast, and in particular, the evening meal was excellent & beautifully presented. Would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel needed a refresh, bedrooms clean but paintwork needed re-doing, toilet seat very loose and generally rest of hotel required a refresh.

We stayed 1 night with our dog and it was ideal. Our dog was given a welcome pack a comfy bed and his personal towel and food bowl. There was also a paw wash station outside. Breakfast was very good.

Heel fijn hotel, prima kamers, prachtig gelegen in Colwall. Leuk dat honden ook welkom zijn. Een heerlijk ontbijt om daarna de Malvern hills in te kunnen gaan. En een extra pluim voor het bijzonder vriendelijke personeel!
