Not bad. The only thing is i filled out a form for the arrival time and i put 10am. Unfortunately theres no way i could get in earlier than 3pm. Room is pretty decent and they provided me iron and iron board as i requested. If they are more reachable by phone, would have been a better.

We were told there will be free breakfast when we book the room, but the breakfast services have been forever cancelled during our stay. The bed of the highest floor room has broken, hope it fan be fixed. Location wise, personally think with the same price can stay at another side of brighton (city centre).

Room was really lovely, the hotel had a bit of a hectic morning when we arrived but dealt with customers really well. Very easy check in and our process. Lovely area

Staff very good , hotel 10 min walk into the city Center, 30 second walk to the sea front… 2 small issues , Wi-Fi not the best also make sure you reserve parking through the hotel as parking spaces in Brighton are non existent

On arrival i hadn't been sent the regestration document so didn't have the codes to access the property, after calling and having to send proof of identity, access was sent through very quickly, property was lovely and room had everything we needed, only disapointing thing was there wasn't breakfast included
