Hi on arrival to the new osterley Hotel we found it to be closed rung the number on the door to be told we had be moved to its sister hotel the las palmas by the sea on arriving to this hotel we found the staff very polite friendly and helpful the room was clean and good value for what we paid the beds were comfy would recommend and will definitely stay there again

Arrive at the hotel to find it closed and in darkness! A contact number on the door,read if closed, please contact.We tried the number only to find it was dead. Another couple arrived,who had also booked the hotel. We later found the money had been taken from our account for the stay. It's a scam hotel stay clear!

“DONT!!”
Wow I read the reviews and knew they were mixed, however I still decided to go ahead. Reception allowed us to store our luggage with them whilst we went to the Airshow. Check in was easy and a £20 cash deposit per room was paid. Room was basic and dated but we knew what we’d paid for! The others in the hotel were loud, singing, dancing, banging on doors until the early hours. I spoke to reception in the morning as it says 24 hours! He said, “you should’ve come down”. Did he not hear the disturbance??!! The staff appeared to be put out when you asked for something…like a drink from the bar and even had a guests young daughter aged 8 serving the alcohol!! I always give reviews the benefit of the doubt but won’t be returning here. I researched whilst there and could’ve stayed at a much better B & B for less!!
