Never stay here again, top floor with sea view and no heating all weekend, towels and bed linen covered in fake tan, mascara and blood, the floors haven’t been hoovered or mopped in weeks, toilet had dried wee under seat and long black hairs all over the bathroom and bedroom.

Mould in the shower room smelt like someone had died in there half a toilet roll on bed bed only have two paper thin pillows . didn’t let us book in till 4pm even tho states 3pm charge for parking when states free when booking very run down but ladies on front desk very nice. Could be something great as brilliant location but will definitely not be returning.

The room I stayed, a drunk man hit my room door at 3:00am for 10 minutes, kept disturbing us. The most terrible thing was that man tried to break into the room by using the body to crash the door. We were so scared, as there was no security eye hole at the door and no intercom to the front desk. At last, my husband shout to the door “Who are you?”. Then, the man left but I could not sleep anymore. Hotel kept update me closely after my booking. Before I arrived, I knew that the lift was out of service and the parking would be charged 10 pounds instead of free parking. However, we didn’t know that the saving resources regulations, it was the limited supply of hot water, only 4-7pm and 8-10am, but no notice was shown on the front desk.
