Had an excellent stay at this Hotel from check in very helpful friendly staff, good size bedroom, very clean and spacious bedroom, great having complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Bed very comfy had excellent nice sleep, shower excellent to waterfall shower very refreshing.

Had a lovely stay in the Malmaison. Close to the cathedral quarter and the Titanic museum. Staff were lovely and room very comfortable. We will be back!

Great stay at Malmaison. Mini fridge, Sky TV, bath + shower, really comfy bed + brekkie to die for. (Eggs California) Add in great Rum selection at the bar brilliantly explained by Ella + her recommendation for tea.(Chicken thighs) Gorgeous. Can't wait to return.

Location of the hotel is fantastic and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I couldn’t fault them at all. Only disappointment was the rooms which I felt were not as luxurious as I expected from Malmaison

Right in front of Laganside Bus Center. Exterior looks historic but inside is dark and hipster- esque. Ned was comfy, coffee station, robes , fridge in room.

We arrived a bit late and the restaurant was closed but the staff were happy to provide room service which was great.Lovely breakfast and a well decorated comfy room.Easy to get a taxi in the morning.Would stay again as value for money.

It wasn’t a bad hotel I just thought it wasn’t worth the money. Too much glitz for a small room , weak shower, scratchy robe and paid parking. Really pretty room and great place to be for many places to walk and eat.

We stayed here 10 years ago and it was still as good as we remembered.. Lovely clean hotel, we also were given 2x cocktail vouchers as it was my birthday ..lovely gesture ..will definitely stay again

I was overnighting for a short business trip. Being so close to the airport and in the city centre was perfect. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff very welcoming. I would absolutely use again.

Malmaison is centrally located within walking distance of Titanic Experience, the docks/quays, the Cathedral area, restaurants/bars, etc. The exterior has great old character while the inside is modern and trendy. The bar and restaurant are excellent. The front desk staff was attentive and even provided some late night snack assistance! The room was very comfortable and cosy (I chose a small room as traveling solo). The one issue was the bathroom could have used a better wipe down in one or two areas. Everything else was spotless.

This hotel was very good. Nice decor and fab location. Would definitely stay again. Just one criticism was not being able to open a window. I found out after, in order to have a window opened you must request it from staff. Which is fine but I wish this had of been highlighted at check in.
