駅までまっすぐで分かりやすく、ツアーバスの発着場から1分のロケーション。 チェックイン前に着きましたが、掃除が終わっていたので部屋に入ることができました。 ドライヤーも貸してもらえて、行きたいレストランの位置も調べてくれました。 日本でいう３階まで階段で荷物を上げるのは大変でしたが、bathにまた行くことがあればまた 泊まってもいいと思います。

バスとトイレが共用です。 この条件が飲めれば、良いホテルです。 駅もバースアビーにも近く、ロケーションもいいし、 部屋もきれいです。

Would not really recommend, as we booked for breakfast but was then told at check-in, no breakfast available due to renovations. TV didnt work in the room we were first given so moved to another room on 3rd floor with no lift to access. Rooms were also quite gloomy & needed a lot of repair. Also, a nightclub situated below hotel, which is very noisy until 3am

The hotel is excellent. The location is top. It is really near to Bath city center, Sydney Park, Bath Abbey, Bath Circus and many other tourist destinations. The room is clean and quite big, enough for 5 people, since we stayed here with 2 of my teenagers. Staffs are helpful, especially when we need to extend our staying in Bath. We will stay in this hotel again once we are in Bath.

The hotel smelled, carpets were dirty (black) stains all over the walls and skirting was thick with grease and hair! Duvet was covered in yellow stains, we itched all night, not hot water from the shower, in the pub I order a very expensive round even thought it was happy hour the pint tasted like washing up liquid where they never cleaned the glass correcty, hotel was run down, room and communal spaces were unkempt and disgusting. Never staying here again! Worse hotel we have ever stayed in. Outside looks nice but don't be fooled! Avoid its a dump, dated and uncleaned

Our room was basic but clean. We had a smart tv which was great. The room was small but cosy. It was in a great location. We booked online and was told breakfast was included but on arrival we were told they didn’t serve food anymore. We booked this room for the location and due to them advertising onsite parking. We had to use a pay and display a few minutes walk away at £17 which wasn’t good. Overall it was ok and we would return again but probably only 1 night as the carpark fees would at too much to the overall cost for a longer stay.

Not the greatest hotel ever, but for price and location you won't get any better value. Everything worked ok, and although it's a bit tired and in need of renovation(which they are doing now) absolutely no complaints from me.

Unclean. Bathroom was dirty and stained. Infested with Mosquitoues Probably worth just 1*. Had room changed but was not much different. Nothing left for us for breakfast when we came at 8:30 am. We had to look for food outside the hotel. Carpet was unclean. Heating had problems. Regretted booking this hotel.

Great location - easy walk from the station and to all the must sees in Bath. Accomodation was very basic but okay for the price and for the convenience. Staff are lovely and allowed for us to store our luggage before and after check in/out.

NO AIR-CON/FAN 👎🏻 We came during the heat waves. Hot to die. Windows were locked and only a 10cm-height gap was left. Couldn’t sleep all night. NO WI-FI 👎🏻 The staff said Wi-Fi is out of service when asked. Totally unacceptable. DIRTY BATHROOM 👎🏻 Room was old and lack of repair. Only a desk and a chair were provided. Bathroom was full of moulds on the wall and in the bottom of shower curtain, disgusting! Why they don’t change the shower curtain?? NO BASIC STUFFS PROVIDED 👎🏻 Only towels were provided. We needed to buy shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush in supermarket!!! OMG!! As a HOTEL, these things are basic goods that must be provided to customers, doesn’t it?! LOCATION👍🏻 This is the only reason why we choose this accommodation.

Very clean and great location. The only problem is around noise - single glazed window facing the main road with traffic noise and people talking in the road loud and clear

Lovely place to stay, basic but clean! The council decided to resurface the road through the night which wasn’t great even with the ear plugs. Breakfast was good and you couldn’t beat the value for money!
