WiFiが部屋で使えなくて修理を依頼したが、復旧出来る者が居なく、結局毎日ロビーまで「通勤」する事となった。そのdaily chargeも 日と割高でした。 宿泊地The VillageとMain Lobbyとの間にはシャトルバスがあり、呼べば何時でも対応してくれ便利だが、ときに50分もまたされた時もあり、「アラブの時間」を感じてしまった。

Staff are rude accusing us not eligible for free breakfast, without making sure with Information desk about type of booking.. very disappointing

Do not go there if you like your room on the cooler side. Min temp is 25 degrees. Pipes freeze if you bring it lower. Really?? Staff were nice enough to replace upgrade but same problem in next room. Plus dont think premium other than location. Kettle was faulty, shower pipe rusted.

Enjoyed the weekend with my friends in a 2-bedroom suite. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Enjoyed my stay! Looking forward to another weekend in Al Hamra!

Al Hamra Residence and Village is very nice spot to enjoy your vacation or weekend. Quite area, long beach, water sports. Very helpful stuff, especially check in (Kennetha and vunita ) Sure I visit it again

I have stayed in Hamra a few times, the 'residence' has spacious rooms and is across the road from Belgian Beer Cafe (happy hour until 7pm) and a short walk to Hamra Mall. Easy access to pool(s) and beach from the residence, very relaxing, no hesitation in staying again

We were please to be informed on arrival that we’d been upgraded :) Our friends who arrived later than us, staying in Al Hamra Village were also upgraded to a large suite in the main part of the hotel. Very impressed!

Pros: Village ambiance is good. View is very nice.Beach is fantastic! Cons: Room has no bidet. A chair should have been provided in the room/for the vanity desk.

Our stay was nice. We had a very nice location from the fireworks as we stayed in the villas. This is our third time to stay in this place and keeps getting better. However, I think it would be nice if they have bacons for breakfast :( And also in our room, there was no slippers. No coffee, just tea creamers and sugars. I think they forgot to put it. But other than that, it was nice.

There are 2 sections for this hotel one away from beach which is not good at all,and the other one which is Al Hamrah Residence and has beach access and other facilities. Check in is too slow,it took us around one hour. We had to drive to reach the beach in the other section,no balcony available in our room.

I arrived late night afraid that i would lose the room. But at the end, they gave me a wonderful upgrade that made my day much better. The cleanliness was phenomenal and the stuff are super friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It worth every dime and every moment.

We always come here whenever we have a chance to relax and be away from the city of Dubai. Very good location and not really crowded. We are planning to come back here again!

“チェックインに1時間”
レジデンス＆ヴィレッジという宿泊施設名ですが、レジデンスとヴィレッジは分かれていて、到着直後からどこに駐車していいのか、チェックインはどこに行ったらいいのか迷いました。 やっとチェックインの場所に辿り着いたら、レセプションはごった返していました。 これは連休だったという理由もあるかと思いますが、長い人で30分ほど掛かっていました。 休息に来たのに既にここまでで疲れました。 悪かった点 ＊ビーチはレジデンスにしかないので、ビレッジの奥に泊まった私たちは15分ほど歩いてやっとビーチに到着。暑い季節はつらい。 ＊部屋が狭くて古い。冷房の音がうるさい。 ＊部屋のタオルがバスタオルのみ、しかも古い。ビーチでもらうタオルも古い。 ＊レジデンスのシーフードレストランは美味しかったけど高額だった。 ＊ビーチで飲み物を飲もうと思ったが、お財布をもっておらず部屋番号で買えると思ったが、デポジットを払ってないので、と断られ、飲み物すら飲めなかった。 良かった点 ＊お値段が手頃 ＊朝食は普通に良かった。 ＊チェックアウトはあっという間に終わった。
