モールオブエミネーツ駅からパーキングCに行きまっすぐ歩いて信号渡ってすぐ、外にほとんどでないので楽 部屋は一人だと十二分すぎるぐらいトイレ、風呂が二つずつありwi-fiも良好 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、キッチンがあるので便利 モール内はスーパーもあり食材を買ってホテルで調理するのもいいし、パーキングCに行くまでにイートコーナーもあるのでいろいろな国のご飯も食べられる 次回も利用したいです

We found roaches in our room and had to leave.

The receptionist Cath and Charlotte are very accommodating. The staff Mohamad is quick to respond and provide our requests. The room was very spacious and clean. However, some of the appliances are not in working condition but were all replaced immediately.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Dubai. Upon arrival, I were warmly welcomed by the reception Ms. Cath. The staffs was extremely friendly from Reception to Housekeeping. The restaurant very cozy (appreciate this!) and the restaurant (manager or supervisor.. not sure) forgot his name.. thanks to you. Had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 4/5-star Hotel Apartment or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the staffs Ms. Cath & Mr. Noby who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

We were welcome with the courteous and very accommodating receptionist Cath! The room was spacious enough for me and my family. The staff were all very nice. But I suggest they do change some of the bidet and the shower curtain.

We always stays here for a staycation with my family. The staff are so accomodating especially Ms Cath. Who assists and welcomes us. Thanks for the service :)

The receptionist Kat was very accommodating and helpful. The room is very spacious and all our request have been kindly granted. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Location is excellent just next to mall of emirates. Staff is also very courteous specially Cath at the reception. Room was cleaned on daily basis however, the furniture was quite dated. Most of the TV Channels were in Arabic. All basic necessities are there in this ideally located hotel apartment!

The accomodation is poor and staff are non-accomodating except the Asian/Filipino staff. Asian/Filipino staffs are warm and welcoming.

Location very nice . Room service very gpod. Close to shops , mall of emirates . and dubai metro. Only they made truble & mistake while arriving we did not found my reservation flte and sent me along my family to another hotel for one night which made us sufering. Any way it is accepted accomodation.

The place is very good and recommendable. Very nice staff as well. Only, we are unable to use the washing machine because it needs to be repaired.

“とても広いです。”
古さがあり、又年末の繁忙期で料金が跳ね上がるのはしょうがないが、スタッフ含め親切に対応してくれました。2泊しましたが、カードキーが一度も機能せず、都度スタッフに開けてもらいました。オートロックなので、部屋を出る際には機能するか？は要チェックです。
