良いホテルです。ロケーションは良く、MRT駅までの短い距離です。受付のスタッフはとても親切で礼儀正しく、特に12月20日に私をチェックインしてくれた女性（602号室）と、全てを手伝ってくれた「アディティ」という名前の別の女性が印象的でした。 朝食ビュッフェは良かったです。 部屋はソファ、荷物を置く場所、机があり、かなり広々としています。バスルームも良かったです。 全体として良い滞在でした。良い価格で予約するためにアゴダを利用しました。

約1ヶ月後、このホテルでリラックスしたいと思っていました。スタッフはとても親切で、礼儀正しく、特にフロントデスクのナディームは素晴らしかったです。私は747号室の西ウィングに泊まりましたが、屋上クラブの下にありました。週末はパーティーが午前3時まで続いていたため、眠れませんでした。また、部屋はほこりだらけで、アレルギーを持っていて反応が出てしまいました。バスルームもきちんと掃除されていませんでした。マネージャーは無料で部屋をアップグレードしてくれ、今日は朝食をサービスしてくれました。そして、ウェルネス用の75ディルハムのクーポンもくれましたが、せめて無料のマッサージや1泊分の追加を提供してくれてもよかったのではと思います。朝食は良かったです。立地も良く、JBRビーチまではタクシーで約10-20ディルハムでした。このブランドは世界的に評価されているので、私の視点から見ると家具への投資と部屋の清掃をもっともっと改善する必要があると感じています。
