Not so clean and the room smells not good. Washing machine was totally different from the one in the room picture which I booked, didn't know how to use it and called reception to send someone show me how to use it but no one came.

I had stayed in the facility for 16 nights. Only advantage about the hotel remains its location which is close to Rolla street. Rest everything doesn’t seems to be justified with price. To sum up few are noted below: 1. Kitchen was full of cockroaches. 2. Bathroom false ceiling was leaking which was not repaired even after complaining 3 times. 3. There was no place to hang the clothes. The rope in the bathroom was without rope itself. 😂😂 4. Staff is very unprofessional. They will be standing at the door looking at you to help yourself. Never seen such staff in any other hotels. 5. Reception again is unprofessional. On the first day of the calls are more due to various arrangements required, their response remains we are not here just for receiving your calls. Overall, worst experience. There are multiple options in the same price with much better facilities, rooms and staff, which you may select. Not recommended for long term stay.
