We had a great stay at this property with our young children. The location was convenient but it is away from city and amenities. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The facilities were decent, the Wi-Fi was also very good. Overall, it was a good value for money and we would recommend it for families looking for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay at all. Our apartment welcomed us with water leaking from the kitchen water heater, clogged toilet and extremely dirty windows - like literally fingerprints all over, and I mean prints of dirty fingers. The swimming pool was open from 4 pm till 7.45 pm - big disappointment, forget about mornings at the pool. But the worst part was the hotel restaurant located just next to apartments, playing very loud music late at night each night! We had to call the reception every single night (around 1 or 2 am) to complain. So if you look for peaceful, quiet place to relax and rest - this is NOT the place.

Very good resort, clean and very simple process

The type of rooms are a townhouse building of two floor building with each floor 4 or 5 apartments, its more to line of buildings rather than resort. The buildings are a bit old and not well maintained. Couldn't see the swimming pool or the green areas. A big thumps up for the reception manager.

Excellent short break with the kids in the long weekend. The pool, play area and park are awesome. Kids played while we made BBQ in the private park area. Rooms are clean and big, beds are comfy. Kitchen has plates and utensils. Pots to use with the electric stove. Microwave. Negatives, - The balcony door of the flat wouldn't lock. - Toaster was not working in just about all room of our friends too - Many of the rooms do not have direct access to the pool/park.

Clean Hotel. Location was easy to find. Receptionist isn’t attentive at all. Not listening to what I say. I have to repeat myself cause he don’t listen.

1 bedroom Apartment F8 was spacious and clean. Last minute booking so didn't have many options. It is OK I mean apartments is clean bed is nice, big kitchen. Overall it would do the job but nothing unique. But AC was noisy sometimes, no soap, shower gel or Shampoo in the bathroom, no shade in the pool are and it was 42 degrees. cushions were not enough for all sunbeds. Staff were nice except one guy who I saw spitting and burbing every time I went out in the balcony. The place has a lot of potential and can be an amazing resort with some attention to some details.

“Clean, quiet, and spacious 'home from home'”
Sizeable single-floor villa, with dedicated parking, secure access, and great in-room amenities. Discreet location. Ideal for a self-catering stay with full kitchen appliances, plus washing machine for convenience, while TVs are set-up to steam or HDMI your own content. Great if you're looking for a home, more than a hotel. An easy drive to local malls in Al Ain such as Jimi. All staff were friendly and attentive; thank you for the hospitality and a peaceful night, during this uncertain moment for the nation.
