Some hotels seem to enter into a competition about biggest breakfast. The Cappadocia Hotel certainly is a strong contester to be a winner. Big and delicious. Although it is a bit off town center, the surroundings are beautiful. Facilities are basic, but please give it a try and you will not regret. Recommended.

The staff was amazing, when I arrived I was able to do my balloons reservation for next day. The same day I booked my ATV the pick up me from the hotel and brought me back . Surprising it was a balloons festival during that weekend so my experienced was fabulous. When I arrived I made the comment that the day after It was my birthday and they were so nice , they surprised me by arranging my room with balloons and a cake, definitely my experience here was amazing because the people in this hotel is so welcoming. The breakfast it was great a lot of food and everything was so delicious .

supreme service, to the heart of customers. it would be better to book tours with the hotel than with agents for foreign tourists to avoid rip off. Food is good at their restaurant. view is ok, not spectacular. It is up the hill so it takes some strength to walk up hill for 10mins. Has a cute dog.

What a wonderful place, I am a travel influencer and I can assure you this is above high standard. The place is magnificent and really private and relaxing. The staff and especially the manager Ali provide the best service you can imagine, they take care of you personally and make sure you get all the information you may need very promptly and surely. They go beyond an extra mile to make your stay very special , we felt very comfortable and greatful of their warmth and generosity . One of the best hotel we visited. Other guests were in Sultan Caves Suite before which is very recommended and they told us The Cappadocia Hotel is much better so you can imagine ! We loved it !

We stayed 1 night only. Hotel is well located with amzing viewes and welcoming staff . The room we got little outdated with demp smell. Though would still recommend the hotel to family and friends.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel.. this hotel was the highlight of my trip to Turkey.. Ali - owner of this hotel was extremely warm & helful in organizing early check in , tours at a reasonable price & also accommodating my luggage safely after check out since my bus departure to Pamukkale was in the evening .. He was so kind that he even offered to make paratha according to my taste . I felt at home by the warmth that was extended to me . I will recommend this place to everybody who would like a getaway from the hustle bustle of life ..

The location is in the Urgup not Goreme. It doesn't matter you live in Goreme or Urgup. Because you may go anywhere by either driving yourself or joining local tour. You can have meals in the hotel and walk to outside restaurants in about 15minutes. The staff are helpful and warm. It is cave hotel so it's a bit humide. the shower water is hot enough.

This small hotel is run by a single manager with his one front desk staff. Its homely and this place use to be a home for a family up to about 25 years ago. Breakfast is from a home kitchen. The location is not ideal though you would need to walk quite a distance to town. If you are intending to take day tours which includes pick up this would be a nice place to stay.

Cappadocia hotel is located in Esbelli, an upmarket area of ürgüp with stunning views. Just around the corner you will find TURASAN winery, famous for its local Emir wines. If you are a wine enthusiast, you might find interesting the wide selection avaliable at hotel bar. It even incorporates some Syriac wines. Beware, cave rooms don't always have cellphone reception. Instead, a landline and very strong Internet signal is available. This friendly hotel is ran by the very professional Ali Haydar Bey, who will share with you some very best kept secrets of Cappadocia. Enjoy the hospitality.

Da wir viel früher als angekündigt ankamen, war es kein Problem, uns ein schönes Zimmer einzurichten und bereitzustellen. Das Mittagessen war sehr lecker und preislich angemessen. Das Zimmer war ein Traum. Aus einer Höhle hergerichtete Zimmer mit allen modernen und bequemen Utensilien wie ; Bett, Schrank und das Bad. Sehr freundlich empfangen und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr individuell hergerichtet und lecker. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

十分好评，分享几个点： 1.设施，是真正的洞穴酒店，房间都是带阳台的，有些还有小庭院 2,服务，这是家庭式的酒店，老板的服务好的没法说，我们在卡帕多奇亚的两天游玩路线都是在这里定的，分游玩路线老板非常热情和详细的跟我们讲解了每条线，以及怎么选，最终选了绿线和红线，热气球的非常和其他朋友玩的比起来我们的超级便宜。赶上214情人节，晚上回到酒店房间被不布置节日的气氛，还送了巧克力，和玫瑰花（免费的哦），对了房间 还有免费的甜品吃。 3，饮食：早饭有自助的，也有老板娘每天先做的，芝士面包和面条等，那天因为没啥食欲，面条没吃完，老板娘以外她做的不好吃，还免费给我们送来了两个米布丁。 4，位置：酒店的阳台和露台上还是能看到热气球，离格雷梅有点距离，但比较安静，玩玩回来后住在这里还是很惬意的
